طراحی مدل مفهومی عوامل موثر بر سیاست ایمن‌سازی حمل و نقل جاده‌ای

این پژوهش در نظر دارد تا با کمک پژوهش‌های انجام گرفته در حوزه ایمنی حمل و نقل جاده‌ای، به مدلی از عوامل موثر بر شکل‌گیری سیاست‌های ایمن‌سازی حمل و نقل جاده‌ای دست یابد. نوع پژوهش کیفی و روش مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات بوده است. در این راستا 105 مقاله که واجد اعتبار و کیفیت لازم بوده‌اند، مورد بررسی عمیق قرار گرفتند و ازآنها براساس روش کدگذاری باز، 350 مولفه در قالب 114 کد در ذیل 27 زیرمقوله(سازه) و 6 مقوله اصلی استخراج گردید. بررسی یافته‌ها نشان داد که از میان این مقوله‌ها، مقوله مدیریت ایمنی جاده، بیشترین اشاره را در بین منابع بررسی‌شده به خود اختصاص داده و پس از آن به ترتیب مقوله‌های کاربران ایمن‌تر، تامین مالی ایمنی، جاده ایمن‌تر، پاسخ‌دهی پس از تصادف و وسایل نقلیه ایمن‌تر قرار می‌گیرند.

this research intended to obtain a model of factors affecting the formation of general policies for road transportation safety with the help of research conducted in the field of road transportation safety. the type of qualitative research and systematic literature review method. in this regard, 105 articles that had the required validity and quality were deeply examined and based on the open coding method, 350 components were extracted in the form of 114 codes under 27 subcategories (structure) and 6 main categories. the analysis of the findings showed that among these categories, the category of road safety management received the most mentions among the reviewed sources, followed by the categories of safer users and safety financial provision. , safer road, response after an accident, safer vehicles are placed.
