پیشایندها و پسایندهای سیاستی افزایش سهم داخل و دستاوردهای آن در توسعه صنعتی کشورها؛ مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات

سهم داخل به حداکثر رساندن عمق و وسعت مالکیت محلی، کنترل و تامین منابع مالی بر فعالیت‌هایی داخلی و خارجی ملی، محلی و سرمایه ای که در حال حاضر اجرایی نشده، تعریف می شود. از دهه 1981 سهم داخل به ادبیات علمی وارد شده و پژوهش های مختلف و متنوعی در حوزه قلمرو موضوعی صورت گرفته است. از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه و خلاصه سازی ادبیات پژوهش در حوزه سهم داخل، شناسایی خلاهای پژوهشی و ارائه پیشنهادهایی در این زمینه از مرور نظام مند ادبیات استفاده کرده است. با بررسی کلیدواژه‌ها در پایگاه­ های اطلاعاتی این حوزه و براساس ملاک های از پیش تعیین شده، مقالات مناسب انتخاب شدند و محتوای مقالات براساس پاسخگویی به پرسش های پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد؛ ثبات و اندازه بازار، طراحی و جامعیت سیاست ها، قابلیت های صنعتی، سرمایه اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و نمادین، حمایت دولت و انگیزه رقابتی از عوامل اصلی اثربخشی سهم داخل در توسعه صنعتی داخلی به شمار می آیند که توجه به سهم داخل و عوامل آن بر افزایش ترویج بومی سازی تولیدات، افزایش مشارکت اجتماعی، فرصت شبکه سازی، پیشرفت رقابتی، بازار نیروی کار و توسعه اقتصاد بومی تاثیرگذار خواهد بود.

factors increasing the local content and its achievements in the industrial development of countries; systematic literature review

local content is defined as maximizing the depth &breadth of local ownership, controlling &financing national, local &local activities &capital that are not currently implemented. since the 1981s, the local content has entered the scientific literature &various researches have been done in the field of subject area. therefore, the present study has used a systematic review of the literature with the aim of studying &summarizing the research literature in the field of local content, identifying research gaps &presenting suggestions in this field. by examining the keywords in the databases of this field &based on pre-determined criteria, appropriate articles were selected &the content of the articles were carefully studied &analyzed based on the answers to the questions of the present study. the results showed; market stability &size, design &comprehensiveness of policies, industrial capabilities, social, cultural, economic &symbolic capital, government support &competitive incentives are the main factors for the effectiveness of local content in domestic industrial development. it will increase the promotion of localization of products, increase social participation, networking opportunities, competitive development, labor market &the development of the local economy.
