بررسی سیاستهای آموزش زبان عربی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

زبان در تشکیل ساختمان تفکر آدمی نقش برجسته‌ای دارد، به طوری که می‌توان گفت جهان‌بینی انسان به وسیله پرورش زبانی او تعیین می‌شود. بنابراین سیاستهای آموزش زبان نیز نقش مهمی در توسعه جوامع ایفا می‌کند. این پژوهش با تاکید بر حوزه زبان عربی قصد دارد به بررسی آسیب های آموزش زبان عربی در کشور پرداخته و سیاستهای آموزش این زبان را در سلسله مراتب نظام سیاستگذاری کشور شامل سیاستهای کلی نظام، مصوبات شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی، قوانین مجلس شورای اسلامی، مصوبات شورای عالی اموزش و پرورش و مصوبات هیئت وزیران و دستگاههای اجرایی، مورد شناسایی و نقد قرار دهد.

A Study of Arabic Language Teaching Policies in the Islamic Republic of Iran

Language plays a prominent role in shaping the structure of human thought, so that it can be said that man’s worldview is determined by his linguistic development. Therefore, language teaching policies also play an important role in the development of communities. With the emphasis on the field of Arabic language, this study intends to examine the harms of teaching Arabic language in the country and the country’s policies in this field in the hierarchy of the country’s policy system including general policies, approvals of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, laws of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, approvals Recognize and critique the Higher Education Council and the approvals of the Cabinet and executive bodies.
