ارزیابی اثر توسعه صنعت تولید تجهیزات توربین بادی بر رشد اقتصادی و اشتغال در ایران

انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر ضمن تامین تقاضای انرژی، به دلیل قابلیت اثرگذاری بر رشد و متنوع‌سازی اقتصاد به عنوان راه‌حلی در مواجهه با رکود اقتصادی و افزایش الزامات کاهش انتشار کربن مطرح می‌شوند. در این بین تولید تجهیزات نیروگاهی تجدیدپذیر به عنوان گام ابتدایی در توسعه تجدیدپذیرها و عاملی اثرگذار بر رشد صنعتی و اقتصادی مطرح هستند. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل هزینهفایده‌ی سیستم‌های پویا به ارزیابی اثر توسعه صنایع تولید تجهیزات توربین بادی بر رشد اقتصادی و اشتغال در ایران پرداخته است. نتایج، بیانگر تاثیر مثبت ولی مشروط تولید داخلی تجهیزات توربین‌های بادی بر رشد اقتصادی و اشتغال است.

Assessing the effect of wind turbine equipment manufacturing industry development on economic growth and employment in Iran

Renewables, while meeting the energy demand, due to their ability to affect on growth and diversification of the economy as a solution of recession and increase carbon emission reduction requirements is proposed. In the meantime, the production of renewable power plant equipment is considered as an initial step in the development of renewables and a factor affecting industrial and economic growth. The present study has evaluated the effect of the development of the wind turbine equipment manufacturing industry on economic growth and employment in Iran using the dynamic systems costbenefit analysis method. The results show the positive but conditional impact of domestic production of wind turbine equipment on economic growth and employment.
