دام اجتماعی و مساله عدم همکاری شهروندان با حکومت در ایران

مساله عدم همکاری شهروندان با حکومت در ایران سبب شده تا تامین منابع مالیِ پایدار برای دولت ها با مشکلات زیادی مواجه شود. نظریۀ دام اجتماعی بیان می کند که این موضوع به سبب بی اعتمادی اعضای یک جامعه و به سبب تجربه های پیشینی آن ها است. در این مقاله تلاش شده تا این ادعا به کمک آزمایشی سنجیده شود. بنابراین به پرسش اصلی پژوهش که همانا «چرایی عدم همکاری مردم با حکومت است» به شیوه‌ ای تجربی و به کمک روش بازی سازی، به‌ عنوان ابزاری برای شبیه سازی آزمایشات در علوم اجتماعی، پاسخ داده شده‌است. نتایج آزمایش نشان می دهد که همکاری مردم با حکومت بیشتر تحت تاثیر عملکرد حکومت است تا همکاری سایر اعضای جامعه و این بر خلاف فرض معروف نظریۀ «دام اجتماعی» است. لازم به ذکر است که در آنالیز آزمایش، از آزمون کایدو و برای مدل‌سازی نتایج آزمایش از رگرسیون لجستیک به کمک نرم افزار spss استفاده شده‌است.

Social Trap and Problem of Citizens NonCooperation with the Government in Iran

Noncooperation with government is an enduring issue in accomplishment of sustainable financial resources for government budgetary in Iran. The Social Trap theory argue that the reason of this problem is pertinent to distrust of a society’s members to each other formed already over the span of the years. This article attempts to test this claim by the means of an experiment. So, the main question of this research that is why does not people cooperate with the government? was answered in an empirical manner by the method of Gaming as the tool of simulation in order to design an experiment. The results of the test show that people cooperation with the government more influenced by government strategies than the cooperation of other members of the society. Hence, for the analysis, SPSS software and ChiSquare test are used. Furthermore, logistic regression is used for the modeling of the experiment results.
