تحلیل لایه‌لایه علّی و امکان آینده‌پژوهی در حوزه امر سیاسی: کاربست پساساختارگرایی در فهم آینده

مساله اصلی در روش شناسی این است که باید از چه روشی برای به دست آوردن معتبرترین معرفت/شناخت استفاده کنیم. از این منظر، هر یک از روش شناسی های موجود رفتارگرایی و پوزیتیسم گرفته تا پسارفتارگرایی و پساساختارگرایی، تلاش دارند از چشم انداز خاص خود، نحوه دست یابی به شناخت معتبرِ را توضیح دهند. اما آینده پژوهی در معنای علمی خود، تلاش می کند با استفاده از سایر روش های مرسوم در علوم انسانی و اجتماعی فهمی از آینده و سناریوهای مختلف مبتنی بر آن را ارائه کند. تحلیل لایه لایه علّی، از جمله روش های آینده پژوهی است که ضمن تلفیق سطوح مختلف تحلیل در چهار لایه متفاوت، از منظری پساساختارگرایانه به علّت یابی مسائل و روندها و شکل گیری سناریوهای مختلف آینده نگاه می کند. این روش با تحلیل وجوه مختلف پدیده مورد سوال در چهار لایه لیتانی، نظام اجتماعی و ساختارها، گفتمان/جهان بینی و اسطوره/استعاره به بررسی افقی و عمودی موضوع پژوهش می‌ پردازد، از ساختارگرایی فراتر می رود و امکان شکل گیری آینده‌ های متفاوت را ارزیابی می کند. این مقاله در پی توضیح روش تحلیل لایه‌ لایه علّی، نحوه کاربست آن درسیاست و تلاش برای فهم وجوه پساساختارگرایانه آن است.

Causal Layered Analysis and the Possibility of Future Studies in the political sphere: The Application of Post structuralism in Understanding Future

The main problem in methodology is that what method should be used to achieve the most valid and reliable episteme/knowledge? In this view, all of current methodologies from behaviorism and positivism to postbehaviorism and post structuralism try to explain the way of achieving knowledge from their own point of view. But future studies are supposed to use other common methods in social sciences to give an understanding of future and related scenarios. Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) is one of future studies methods that uses a poststructuralist perspective and combines four different levels of analysis to find out the causes and trends of the formation of different future scenarios. This method horizontally and vertically investigates the problem, using four levels of litany, social system and structures, discourse/worldview and myth/metaphor. CLA goes beyond structures and studies the possibility of formation of different futures. This paper explains the methodology of CLA and its application in politics as a poststructuralist method.
