چکیده
|
یکی از راه های اشاعه علم در حوزه سیاستگذاری عمومی استفاده از دستاوردهای علمی سایر پژوهشگران در نقاط مختلف دنیاست. این مهم که از طریق ترجمه و انتقال دستاوردهای علمی به زبان های مختلف میسر است می تواند بسترساز اجرای پژوهش های جدید برای توسعه مرزهای دانش به وسیله ی سایر محققان باشد. در این راستا، نشریات علمی پژوهشی از معتبرترین و به روزترین منابع و ابزارها برای گسترش دانش در علوم مختلف هستند. مجله انگلیسی زبان «سیاست گذاری عمومی و اداره» یکی از این نشریات در حوزه سیاستگذاری عمومی است که توسط کمیته اداره امور عمومی[1] در شورای هماهنگی دانشگاه های بریتانیا[2]منتشر می شود. این مقاله به بررسی و بیان مهمترین یافته های مقالات شماره چهار، دوره سی و سه این نشریه که در اکتبر 2018 تحت عنوان شماره ویژه «طراحی سیاست مشورتی» انتشار یافت، پرداخته است. مطالعه این مقاله می تواند برای پژوهشگران علوم سیاسی و سیاستگذاران بخش عمومی مفید باشد. Abstract
|
Progress in the science of public policy can be enhanced by the effective utilization of scientific contributions made by different researchers across the world. This goal can be achieved through translation and transfer of scientific literature into different languages, which can then serve as a platform for new research efforts to expand the horizons of knowledge in this field. Scientificresearch journals are among the most credible, prestigious, and uptodate sources of information and means of knowledge dissemination in any scientific field. The Journal of Public Policy and Administration, which is being published by the Public Administration Committee (PAC) of the UK Joint University Council (JUC), plays such a role in the field of public policymaking. The present paper reports on the most important findings contained in issue #4 of volume #33 of this journal, which was published with the title “Special Issue: Questioning Policy Design” in October 2018. The report aims to contribute to the knowledge of political science researchers and public policymakers about the latest findings in this field.
