تبیین جایگاه محیط زیست در رهبری تحول آفرین سازمان های ورزشی

این پژوهش با هدف تبیین جایگاه محیط زیست در رهبری تحول آفرین سازمان های ورزشی انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق از نوع مطالعات اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی نخبگان محیط زیست (اساتید دانشگاهی، مدیران و کارشناسان زیست محیطی کشور) و نخبگان علمی و اجرایی ورزش کشور (اساتید دانشگاه، مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان و ادارات ورزش و جوانان) بودند. همچنین جامعه آماری در بخش کمی را مدیران و کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی 15 مصاحبه صورت گرفت و در بخش کمی 398 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط 15 نفر با روش آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. پایایی مصاحبه ها از روش توافق بین دو کدگذار بر اساس ضریب کاپای کوهن73 /0 به دست آمد. روش آماری پژوهش با به کارگیری تحلیل عامل تاییدی مرحله دوم و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار پی‌ال‌اس، انجام شد. نتایج بخش کیفی حاکی از آن بوده که الگوی رهبری تحول آفرین زیست محیط در ورزش دارای 16 بعد و 6 منظر شامل مشوق های زیست محیطی، احساس تعلق، فرهنگ زیست محیطی، توانمندسازی روانشناختی، رهبری تحول آفرین، عملکرد زیست محیطی است. در تحلیل نتایج بخش کمّی، تمامی ابعاد مدل پژوهش تایید شدند.

the delineation of environmental stewardship within theframework of transformational leadership in sports organizations

this study aimed to explore the role of environmental stewardship within the framework of transformational leadership in sports organizations. the research method was exploratory in nature. the statistical population in the qualitative section included environmental experts (university professors, managers, and environmental specialists) as well as sports science and executive elites (university professors, managers from theministry of sports and youth, and sports and youth departments). in the quantitative section, the statistical population consisted of managers and employees of the ministry of sports and youth. in the qualitative phase, 15 interviews were conducted, and in thequantitative phase, 398 individuals were selected as the sample. data collection tools in the qualitative section included semi structured interviews, while in the quantitative section, a researcher made questionnaire was used. the face and content validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by 15 experts using cronbach's alpha, and the reliability of the interviews was assessed through inter coder agreement based on cohen's kappa coefficient, which was 0.73. the statistical analysis was performed using second order confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (sem) with the pls software.the qualitative results revealed that the model of environmental transformational leadership in sports comprises 16 dimensions and 6 perspectives, including environmental incentives, sense of belonging, environmental culture, psychological empowerment, transformational leadership, and environmental performance. in the quantitative analysis, all dimensions of the research model were confirmed.
