واکاوی تاثیر مولفه های مدل شبکه ای مدیریت دانش مدیران فدراسیون کشتی بر آموزش اثربخش ورزشکاران با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری

با توجه به مطالعات جدید و گسترده دانشی در حوزه ورزش و اهمیت مدیریتِ دانشِ این دستاوردها در خط مشی گذاری های مدیران ورزشی جهت آموزش بهینه و اثربخش ورزشکاران به منظور رسیدن به عملکرد بالاتر و جلوگیری از صدمات ورزشکاران، این مقاله با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری، تاثیر مولفه های مدیریت دانش در مدیران فدراسیون کشتی را بر آموزش اثربخش ورزشکاران بررسی کرده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش جمع آوری داده ها توصیفی - پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش ورزشکاران کشتی در سال 1401 بوده است که تعداد 50 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه و با استفاده از فرمول مورگان و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات، شامل پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش نیومن و کنراد (2000) 21 آیتمی، پرسشنامه آموزش یاوری (1396) شامل 32 آیتم، و پرسشنامه اثربخشی پارسونز شامل 28 آیتم بوده است. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه به تایید جمعی از صاحب نظران رسیده است. سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بیش تر از 0.7 محاسبه گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری نرم افزار pls نشان می دهد که مولفه ایجاد دانش در مدیران فدراسیون کشتی با عدد 43.8522 بیشترین وزن از بارهای عاملی و مولفه انتقال دانش با 21.7366 کمترین وزن را به خود اختصاص داده است. در این میان مولفه کاربرد دانش با عدد 30.154 و مولفه حفظ و نگهداری دانش با 26.6228 به ترتیب بعد از مولفه ایجاد دانش قرار می گیرند. همچنین چهار مولفه مدل شبکه ای مدیریت دانشِ مدیران ورزشی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با اثربخشی آموزش های ورزشکاران دارد.

analyzing the impact of the components of the knowledge management network model of wrestling federation managers on the effective training of athletes

according to new and extensive scientific studies in the field of sports and the importance of knowledge management of these achievements in the policies of sports managers for the optimal and effective training of athletes in order to achieve higher performance and prevent injuries of athletes، this article using the method of structural equations ، has investigated the effect of knowledge management components in wrestling federation managers on the effective training of athletes. this research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. the statistical population of the research was wrestling athletes in 1401، and 50 people were selected as the sample size using morgan's formula and simple random sampling. the data collection tool included newman and konrad's (2000) 21-item knowledge management questionnaire، 32-item auxiliary training questionnaire (2016) and 28-item parsons effectiveness questionnaire. the content validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by a group of experts. the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using cronbach's alpha coefficient of more than 0.7. the results of the research using structural equations of pls software show that the component of knowledge creation in the managers of the wrestling federation with a number of 43.8522 has the highest weight of the factor loads and the component of knowledge transfer with 21.7366 has the lowest weight. meanwhile، the knowledge application component with 30.154 and the knowledge preservation component with 26.6228 are respectively placed after the knowledge creation component. also، the four components of the knowledge management network model of sports managers have a positive and meaningful relationship with the effectiveness of training athletes.
