تجارب مسیر شغلی مدیران موفق ورزش به روش تحلیل روایت

مدیران ورزش کشور در طول مسیر شغلی خود یا به‌ واسطه رشد پله‌ای به بالاترین درجه از موفقیت رسیده‌اند و یا به‌واسطه جهش شغلی که در این مسیر در طول سال‌ها تجربیاتی کسب نموده که هیچ‌گاه مکتوب نمی‌شود. در این پژوهش نگاه ویژه‌ای به دانش ضمنی مدیران ارشد ورزش کشور شده است. تعداد سیزده نفر از مدیران عالی ورزش کشور مورد مصاحبه عمیق قرار گرفتند روند مصاحبه عمیق و به‌صورت هدفمند و در ادامه به‌صورت گلوله برفی انجام پذیرفت. جهت‌گیری فلسفی پژوهش تفسیری مبتنی بر ساختارگرایی اجتماعی و به شیوه تحلیل روایت صورت گرفت. کدگذاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا نسخه 20 انجام پذیرفت و همچنین، پایایی پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا و محاسبه ضریب کاپا 0.81 به دست آمد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد مولفه‌های موفقیت مسیر شغلی مدیران ورزش کشور حاصل مهارت‌های فنی، مهارت‌های فردی، مهارت‌های علم مدیریت، مهارت‌های سیاسی، مهارت‌های ادراکی و مهارت‌های معنوی است.

career path experiences of successful sports managers through narrative analysis

the country's sports managers have reached the highest level of success either through stepwise growth or because of career leaps that they have gained experiences that will never be written. in this research, a special look was made at the tacit knowledge of senior sports managers of the country. thirteen top sports managers of the country were interviewed in depth. the interview process was carried out deeply and purposefully and then in a snowball fashion. the philosophical orientation of the interpretive research was based on social structuralism and was done by the way of narrative analysis. coding was done using maxqda version 20 software and the research’s reliability was obtained by using maxqda software and calculating the kappa coefficient of 0.81. the results of the research showed that the success factors of the career path of sports managers in the country are the result of technical skills, personal skills, management science skills, political skills, cognitive skills, and spiritual skills.
