تدوین مدل ارتباطی رهبری مخرب با اخلاق حرفه‌ای و مولفه‌های آن در معلمان تربیت بدنی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل ارتباطی رهبری مخرب با اخلاق حرفه‌ای و مولفه‌های آن در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی صورت پذیرفته است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع طرح‌های همبستگی بود که به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان چهارمحال بختیاری بود که تعداد 243 نفر به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد رهبری مخرب شائو و همکاران (2011) و اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادوزیر (2002) بود. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به تایید 12 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی آن‌ها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر 0.94 و 0.97 محاسبه گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss26 و smart pls3 به روش معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رهبری مخرب بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان تاثیر منفی می‌گذارد. همچنین، تاثیر رهبری مخرب به صورت غیرمستقیم بر تمامی مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی منفی بود. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان بیان نمود که تجلی رفتار مخرب رهبران باعث افول رفتار حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی خواهد شد. لذا مسئولین امر باید در انتخاب مدیران، سرپرستان مدارس و روسای ادارات آموزش و پرورش دقت لازم را در به خرج دهند.

developing a relationship model of destructive leadership with professional ethics and its components among physical education teachers

the purpose of this study was developing a relationship model of destructive leadership with professional ethics and its components among physical education teachers. methodology was descriptive-correlational that it applied by structural equation modeling. the statistical population of the study was all physical education teachers’ in chaharmahal and bakhtiari province that 243 people were selected through random sampling. for collecting data, destructive leadership and professional ethics questionnaires were used. questionnaires validity was confirmed by 12 sport management professors and their reliability coefficients were found through cronbach’s alpha to be 0/94, 0/97 respectively. data the analyzed by using spss26 and smart pls3 software by structural equation method. the results showed that destructive leadership had a negative effect on professional ethics. also, destructive leadership had an indirect negative effect on all components of the professional ethics of physical education teachers. according to the results this research, the presence of destructive behavior of leaders will decrease professional ethics among physical education teachers. therefore , authorities must pay ationtion to choose school administrators , supervisions , and in administration departments.
