اثرتصمیم‌گیری مشارکتی بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد با نقش میانجی مالکیت روانشناختی (مطالعه موردی: کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان)

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر تصمیم‌گیری مشارکتی که از مورد توجه ترین موضوعات معاصر مدیریت بویژه مدیریت رفتار سازمانی است؛ بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان با نقش میانجی مالکیت روانشناختی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. 168 نفر از کارشناسان مذکور به صورت تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب و پرسش‌‌نامه‌ 19 سوالی تحقیق، در بین آنها توزیع شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی داده ها نرم افزار اس.پی.ای.ای نسخه 22 و برای الگوسازی روابط میان متغیرها، معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی با کمک نرم افزار اسمارت پی.‌ال.‌اس نسخه‌ی 3 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که اثر تصمیم‌گیری مشارکتی بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد و مالکیت روانشناختی اثری مثبت و معنادار است. همچنین مالکیت روانشناختی اثری مثبت و معنادار بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد داشت. با توجه به مقدار آماره بدست آمده از آزمون سوبل نقش میانجی متغیر مالکیت روانشناختی و اثر غیر مستقیم تصمیم گیری مشارکتی بر رفتارجستجوی بازخورد تایید شد.

The effect of participatory decision making on feedback seeking behavior with the mediating role of psychological ownership(Case study: experts of Ministry of Sports and Youth)

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of participative decision making, which is one of the most important contemporary management issues, especially organizational behavior management, on the feedback seeking behavior of experts from the Ministry of Sports and Youth with the mediating role of psychological ownership. The research method is descriptive survey, and applied in terms of purpose. 168 of the mentioned experts were randomly selected as a research sample and a questionnaire of the research was distributed among them. SPSS software version 22 was used for descriptive analysis of data and Structural equations by partial least squares method and PLS 3 software was used to modeling the relationships between variables. the results showed that the effect of participative decision making on feedback seeking behavior and psychological ownership is a positive and significant effect. Psychological ownership also had a positive and significant effect on feedback seeking behavior. According to the amount of statistics obtained from the Sobel test, the mediating role of the psychological variable and the indirect effect of participative decisionmaking on feedbackseeking behavior was confirmed.
