تدوین الگوی عوامل موثر بر مهاجرت ورزشی ورزشکاران نخبه ایران

مهاجرت افراد در سال‌های اخیر به‌عنوان یکی از مسائل کشورهای توسعه‌نیافته، درحال‌توسعه و حتی برخی از کشورهای پیشرفته است. منابع انسانی نقش محوری در توسعه پایدار کشورها را ایفا می‌کنند. پژوهش حاضر در پی آن بود تا ضمن شناخت عللی که باعث مهاجرت ورزشکاران تیم‌های ملی از کشور می‌شود، آن‌ها را اولویت‌بندی کند. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف از نوع تحقیق‌های کاربردی و بر اساس روش از نوع کمی کیفی (آمیخته) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه ورزشکاران مدال‌آور شرکت‌کننده در دو دوره اخیر بازی‌های آسیایی و المپیک بود که تعداد آن‌ها 177 نفر که طبق جدول مورگان تعداد 118 نمونه به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد. به‌منظور به دست آوردن اطلاعات موردنیاز مصاحبه‌هایی ساختاریافته و نیمه ساختاریافته از تعدادی مربیان و قهرمانان تیم‌های ملی به روش گلوله برفی تا اشباع نظری انجام شد و سپس با تنظیم پرسشنامه محقق ساخته داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شد. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه (0.96) به دست آمد. در تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 22 و اسمارت پی.ال.اس 3 استفاده‌شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر مهاجرت ورزشی ورزشکاران تیم‌های ملی به‌این‌ترتیب است: مدیریتی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، روان‌شناختی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی. برای جلوگیری از مهاجرت سرمایه‌های انسانی ورزش کشور باید هریک از عوامل ذکرشده موردتوجه قرار گیرد.

Modeling the Factors Affecting the Sport Migration of Iranian Elite Athletes

In recent years, migration of people is one of the problems of underdeveloped, developing countries and even some of the developed countries. Human resources play a central role in the sustainable development of countries. The present study sought to prioritize the causes that led to the migration of national team athletes from the country. This research was based on the purpose of applied research and on the basis of quantitativequalitative (mixed) method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all medalists participating in the last two rounds of the Asian and Olympic Games, 177 of whom were randomly selected 118 according to Morgan table. In order to obtain the information needed for structured and semistructured interviews with a number of coaches and champions of national teams through snowballing to theoretical saturation, the data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire. Questionnaire reliability coefficient (0.96) was obtained. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis with SPSS software version 22 and PSL3 software. The research results show that prioritizing the factors affecting the sport migration of national team athletes are as follows: managerial, social, political, psychological, cultural and economic. Each of these factors must be taken into consideration to prevent the migration of human capital to the country.
