هویت و شخصیت تیمی در تیم‌های منتخب لیگ برتر فوتبال بانوان ایران از دیدگاه بازیکنان

هدف از انجام این تحقیق سنجش وضعیت هویت و شخصیت تیم‌های لیگ برتر فوتبال بانوان ایران از دیدگاه بازیکنان آن‌ها بود. این تحقیق کاربردی به روش توصیفی همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری بازیکنان تیم‌های فوتبال بانوان بود که در لیگ برتر حضور داشتند. به منظور جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه 52 سوالی محقق ساخته استفاده شد که دارای شش عامل بود. 94 پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل و بررسی آماری قرار گرفت. از آمار توصیفی، جهت توصیف فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و از آمار استنباطی جهت آزمون‌های کلموگروفاسمیرنوف و شاپیرو ویلک، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، تی تک نمونه‌ای، رگرسیون چند متغیره و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جهت عملیات آماری از نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 26 و نرم افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس نسخه 3 استفاده گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ معادل 871/0 برآورد شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق ابعاد استعداد، موفقیت، سرگرمی، تعهد، تحسین و مراقبت تبیین کننده مدل شخصیت تیم‌های لیگ برتر فوتبال بانوان می‌باشد که از مجموع خرده مقیاس‌های موفقیت و استعداد، عامل عملکرد و از مجموع خرده مقیاس‌های تحسین و مراقبت، عامل منش استخراج شد. مدل کلی معادلات ساختاری پژوهش با استفاده از معیار نیکویی برازش 563/0 بدست آمد، که برازش بسیار مناسب مدل کلی تحقیق تایید ‌شد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش مدیران ورزشی و مربیان باشگاه‌ها می‌توانند با به‌کارگیری ابعاد و متغیرهای تبیین کننده هر بعد، در ارتقاء سطح عملکرد بازیکنان و همچنین بهبود تصویر هویت و شخصیت تیمی و باشگاه خود در جهت جلب و جذب حامی و هوادار گامی موثر بردارند.

Team identity and personality in the selected teams of the Iranian Women’s Football Premier League from the players’ point of view

The purpose of this study was to assess the identity and personality of the teams of the Iranian Women’s Football Premier League from the perspective of their players. This applied research was conducted by descriptivecorrelation method. The statistical population was the players of the women’s soccer teams that participated in the Premier League. In order to collect data, a 52item researchermade questionnaire was used which had six factors. 94 questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Descriptive statistics were used to describe frequency, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics were used for KolmogorovSmirnov and ShapiroWilk tests, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, onesample ttest, multivariate regression and structural equation model. For statistical operations, SPSS software version 26 and Smart PLS software version 3 were used. The reliability of the questionnaire based on Cronbach’s alpha was estimated to be 0.871. Based on the research results, the dimensions of talent, success, entertainment, commitment, admiration and care explain the personality model of the women’s soccer premier league teams, which was derived from the sum of success and talent subscales, performance factor and from the sum of admiration and care subscales, character factor. . The general model of structural equations of the research was obtained using the goodness of fit criterion of 0.563, which confirmed a very good fit of the general model of the research. According to the results of this study, sports managers and coaches of clubs can take effective steps to improve the level of performance of players and also improve the image of identity and personality of their team and club in order to attract sponsors and fans by using the dimensions and variables that explain each dimension.
