طراحی مدل صلاحیت‌ها و ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمین تربیت بدنی و ورزش

هدف تحقیق حاضر، طراحی مدل صلاحیت‌ها و ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمین تربیت بدنی و ورزش بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری را کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی و ورزش شهر تهران تشکیل دادند. جامعه آماری، کلیه دبیران تربیت بدنی و ورزش زن و مرد شهر تهران بودند که براساس برآوردهای صورت گرفته 650 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که با توجه جدول آماری (مورگان) نمونه آماری 242 نفر تعیین گردید. برای انتخاب نمونه به صورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی عمل شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌های صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمین تربیت بدنی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن در پژوهش حاضر توسط متخصصین و اساتید دانشگاهی در حوزه آموزش و پرورش مورد بررسی و تایید و همچنین روایی سازه ابزار با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آموس و پایایی ابزار (همسانی درونی) نیز جهت کل پرسشنامه مولفه‌های آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.88 =α به دست آمد. در بخش دوم آمار استنباطی از t تک نمونه، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج مدل پژوهش نشان داد که مولفه‌های صلاحیت‌های آموزشی و توسعه حرفه‌ای بیشترین بار عاملی و همچینین مولفه صلاحیت فناوری کمترین میزان بار عاملی را به خود اختصاص دادند. بنابراین حفظ رفتارهای مثبت معلمان نسبت به دانش آموزان و والدین باید مورد توجه و استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین در آموزش تقویت شود.

Designing a model for the physical education teachers’ professional characteristics and competencies

The purpose of study was to design a model for the physical education teachers’ professional characteristics and competencies. It is a field survey. The population included the whole Tehran physical education teachers whose number total equaled 650 individuals. The sample included 242 participants (both male and female) selected by the cluster random sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan’s (1970) table. The instrument to measure the physical education teachers’ competencies was a structured questionnaire which the face and content validity were confirmed by the university experts and professors specialized in the field of education. Moreover, the construct validity was evaluated using AMOS software. The reliability was also assessed by Cronbach’s alpha (internal consistency=0.88). Inferential statistics is composed of the one sample ttest, the confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural equation modeling. The results showed that the educational competencies as well as the professional development competencies had the highest value of factor loading. In contrast, the technology competencies had the lowest value of factor loading. In conclusion, the teachers’ positive behaviors in their students and the students’ parents must be maintained and the new technologies in education must be improved.
