نحوه تعامل زنان در چالش نقش های چندگانه مورد مطالعه: زنان ساکن در شهر تهران که هم زمان شاغل، دانشجو، متاهل و دارای فرزند هستند

فرصت‌های مشارکت اجتماعی زنان منجر به تعدد نقش و مستلزم تعاملاتی شده که می‌تواند تصویر هویتی جدیدی از زنان را نشان دهد. هدف ما بیان موقعیت تعاملی و نحوۀ پاسخ‌های راهبردی زنان در نقش‌ها و لایه‌های متعدد هویتی است که در این وضعیت پدید می‌آید. ترسیم تصویری از راهبردهای آشکار، پنهان و گاه مبهم زنان در تعارضات و چالش‌های حوزۀ خصوصی و عمومی در انجام وظایف و مسئولیت‌هایشان در مواقعی است که خود، تنها تعیین‌کنندۀ وضعیت خود نیستند. نتایج این پژوهش با روش کیفی مردم‌نگاری و تکنیک تحلیل تماتیک در سه جنبۀ توصیف، تحلیل و تفسیر نتایج با تعداد 38 مصاحبه از زنان موردمطالعه در شهر تهران نشان می‌دهد زنان در طی فرایند بازاندیشی، تمایل بیشتری به تعاملات منعطف و قابل‌کنترل از سوی خود دارند و چالش همیشگی این زنان، آنان را در الزام شکستن برخی ساختارها قرار می‌دهد. زنان به صورت پیوسته به ترمیم و اصلاح شکاف‌های موجود در زندگی می‌پردازند که عنوان «تعاملات ترمیمی» توضیح و تفسیری در راستای حرکت زنان به سمت ایجاد تعادل و سازگاری است؛ بنابراین «اخلاق مراقبت همراه با تعاملات ترمیمی»، برای زنان بهترین پیامد ممکن و نوعی راهبرد موفق در زندگی آنان قلمداد می‌شود.

The Way of Women Interacting in Plural ChallengesCase Study in Tehran: Woman who are concurrently Employed, University Student, Married, and Mother

The opportunities for the social cooperation of women lead to the multiplicity of roles and the necessity of their interactions which demonstrate a new image of their identity. Our objective is stating women’s interactive status and the way of their strategic responses in the numerous identity roles being developed in these conditions. The illustration of image from overt, covert and at times unclear strategies of women related to the challenges and conflicts in the private and public domain towards doing their duties is in such a way that they themselves do not determine their conditions. The outcomes of this research done with the qualitative method of demography and technique of thematic analysis with three aspects of description, analysis and interpretation of results and interviewing with 38 woman from Tehran illustrates that the women show more tendency towards the flexible and manageable interactions during rethought process and the constant challenging these women put them in the situation of violating some structures. Women constantly reform the gaps present in life being considered as the interpretative reform based interactions and it leads them towards the development of interaction and adaptation. Accordingly, the ethics of surveillance along with reform based interactions in favor of women is regarded as the best possible consequence and a kind of successful strategy in their life.
