کارکردهای خانواده در ریخت شبکه‌ای پساکوید19

از میانه دهه 1990 با گسترش عملکرد هوش‌های مصنوعی (که به‌طورمشخص در گسترش نمایان گوگل آشکار می‌شد)، با تحول گسترده‌ای در زیست اجتماعی، با پدیده‌ای روبه‌رو شدیم که مانوئل کستلز با مماشات به آن «جامعة شبکه‌ای» اطلاق کرد و اکنون اطمینان داریم باید عنوان «جامعه» را از آن برداریم و خالصانه به آن «شبکه» بگوییم. ویژگی این ریخت جدید آن است که شریکان تقسیم کار اجتماعی ما به نحو غالب و فائقی، ماشین‌ها و به‌ویژه ماشین‌های هوشمند هستند و این پدیده جامعه را که محصول تقسیم کار انسانی بود، به شبکه که محصول تقسیم کار میان عملگرها و تقسیم فراغت میان انسان‌هاست، متحول کرده است. بروز کووید 19 گسترش ماشین‌ها را در تقسیم کار شبکه‌ای به نحو انفجاری به پیش برد و حالا تمام نهادهای اجتماعی در برابر اوضاع زیروروکننده‌ای قرار گرفته‌اند و ازجمله این نهادها، نهاد پایه یعنی نهاد خانواده است.مهم‌ترین خصلت اوضاع جدید آن است که تمایز و مرز میان فضای اشتغال، محیط خانواده و اوقات فراغت، کم‌رنگ و کم‌رنگ‌تر می‌شود. این تحقیق با بهره‌برداری از شیوة تحلیلی زیملی، مدلل می‌کند خانواده‌ای که به‌خوبی موفق به آمایش متناسب فراغت شده باشد و بتواند درون خود، محیط مناسبی برای تلفیق فعالیت‌های شغلی اعضا، فعالیت‌های فراغتی و فعالیت‌های خانوادگی و خویشاوندی اعم از ارتباطی و تربیتی و همکاری‌های دیگر پدید آورد، به واحد شبکه‌ای صمیمی تبدیل می‌شود که در دنیای امروز و آتی، هیچ سازمان شبکة دیگری نمی‌تواند جای آن را بگیرد.

from the middle of the 1990s, with the expansion of the performance of artificial intelligences (which was clearly manifested in the expansion of google’s visibility), with a wide transformation in the bio-social life, we faced a phenomenon that manuel castells called the networked society and now we are confident that we should honestly remove society from it and call it merely as a network . the characteristic of this new form is that machines, especially intelligent machines, rather than individuals are predominantly the partners of our social division of labor. moreover, this phenomenon has transformed society from the product of the division of human labor to a network, which is the product of the division of labor among operators and the division of leisure among humans. the outbreak of covid-19 explosively promoted the spread of machines in network oriented division of work, and now all social institutions are faced with a subversive situation, and among these institutions, the basic institution is family.the most important feature of the new situation is that the distinction and border between the work place, family environment and leisure time is getting more blurred. this study, applying zimel’s analytical method, indicates that if family can successfully manage leisure time and can create a suitable environment for consolidation of members’ work activities, leisure activities, and family and kinship activities, including communication and educational activities, and other collaborations, it turns out to act as a singular intimate network unit that no other network organization can replace it in today’s and future world.
