بررسی عوامل موثر بر جذب سرمایه‌‌گذار خارجی در صنعت ماهیان خاویاری در ایران

یکی از الزامات توسعه آبزی‌پروری، افزایش جذابیت این بخش برای سرمایه‌گذاری از طریق معرفی محصولاتی با ارزش افزوده بالا نظیر ماهیان خاویاری است. دوره رشد طولانی و هزینه بالای تغذیه‌ی اکثر گونه‌های ماهیان خاویاری، سرمایه‌گذاری در این بخش را برای بسیاری از پرورش‌دهندگان دشوار ساخته است. اما، در عوض سودآوری بالای پرورش این گونه از ماهیان، می تواند جذابیت‌های بالایی داشته باشد و باعث توسعه سرمایه گذاری‌‌های داخلی و خارجی گردد. هدف تحقیق حاضر، تعیین عوامل موثر بر جذب سرمایه‌گذار خارجی در پرورش ماهیان خاویاری در کشور بود. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، روش میدانی و تحلیل عاملی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل خبرگان حرفه شیلات بوده و اطلاعات پرسش نامه‌ای در سال 1401 توسط این افراد تکمیل شد. برای برازش کلیت این طرح، از سه شاخص rms theta، nfi و srmr(معیار میانگین اختلاف بین داده‌ها) استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که روش‌های جذب سرمایه‌گذار خارجی در پروژه‌های شیلاتی تحت تاثیر شرایط اقلیمی، سیاست‌های دولتی در کشور و اصلاح ساختارها بود که می‌بایست سیاست‌های مناسب برای دستیابی به این اهداف اعمال گردد.

investigating factors influencing the attraction of foreign investors in the sturgeon industry in iran

one of the requirements for the development of aquaculture is to increase the attractiveness of this sector for investment through the introduction of products with high added value such as sturgeon. the long growth period and the high cost of feeding most species of sturgeon have made it difficult for many breeders to invest in this sector. but, instead of the high profitability of breeding this type of fish, it can be very attractive and cause the development of domestic and foreign investments. the aim of this research was to determine the factors influencing the attraction of foreign investors in sturgeon breeding in the country. the research method used in this research was field method and factor analysis. the statistical population of this research includes experts in the fishing profession and the questionnaire information was completed by these people in 2022. to fit the generality of this plan, three r m s theta, nfi and srmr (measure of average difference between data) indices were used. the findings of the research showed that the methods of attracting foreign investors in fisheries projects were influenced by the climatic conditions, government policies in the country and the reform of the structures, and appropriate policies should be applied to achieve these goals.
