مروری بر خواص ضدمیکروبی و سیتوتوکسیک اسفنج های خلیج فارس

اسفنج ها در بین آبزیان بیشترین ترکیبات طبیعی با خواص زیستی را تولید می کنند، خواص زیستی اسفنج ها شامل؛ ضدسرطانی، سیتوتوکسیک، ضد میکروبی و ... می باشد. با توجه به تنوع و فراوانی اسفنج ها ؛ dysidea avara،ircinia echinata ، axinella sinoxea، ircinia mutans و ... در آب های خلیج فارس و دریای عمان و پژوهش های متعددد در رابطه با خواص زیستی آن ها نسبت به سلول های سرطانی و عوامل میکروبی بیماریزا، امیداواریم تا در آینده ایی نه چندان دور از این منابع طبیعی در جهت تولید تجاری ترکیبات دارویی در راستای حفظ سلامت و ارتقای سلامت جامعه و همچنین تقویت صنایع دارویی کشور دست یابیم.

sponges produce the most natural compounds with biological activities among aquatic animals, biological activities of secondary metabolites of sponges include; anti cancer, cytotoxic, antimicrobial, antiviral, etc. therefore, considering the diversity and abundance of sponges in the waters of the persian gulf and the sea of oman, ؛ dysidea avar, ircinia echinate, axinella sinoxea, ircinia mutans and…in the persian gulf and oman sea with biological activities in the cell lines and pathogens we hope that in the not too distant future we will be able to use these natural resources for the commercial production of medicinal compounds in order to maintain and improve the health of society in achieved the goal of mastering medicine with the aim of preserving and strengthening the country’s pharmaceutical industry.
