   تاثیر رابطه‌مداری درک شده برند بر عملکرد برند با تبیین نقش احساسات مورد انتظار و هویت‌یابی مشتری با برند (موردمطالعه: مشتریان هتل لاله تهران)

چکیده    با افزایش تمرکز پژوهشگران حوزه گردشگری و هتلداری بر اهمیت رابطه بین مشتری و برند؛ هتل‎ها به‌طور فزاینده‏ای درحال‌توسعه روابط خود با مشتریان هستند. با توجه به این موضوع که احساس مطلوب مشتری نسبت به برند زمینه‌ساز کسب نتایج مثبت عملکردی هتل‎ها می‏‏‏شود؛ بنابراین بررسی مکانیسم‎های احساسی و شناختی خاص مرتبط به نحوه تاثیر رابطه‌مداری برند‎ها از نظر مشتریان بر نتایج عملکردی برند، پیشنهاد‌ها مهم نظری و عملی به همراه خواهد داشت. درنتیجه، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر رابطه‌مداری درک شده برند بر عملکرد برند با تبیین نقش احساسات مورد انتظار و هویت یابی مشتری با برند می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی پیمایشی است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده‌شده است. برای جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه استاندارد بکار برده شد که روایی آن از طریق روایی صوری و پایایی آن نیز با آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش مشتریان هتل لاله در شهر تهران بود. برای به دست آوردن حجم نمونه به تعداد 386 نفر از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه‌مداری درک شده برند تاثیر مثبت معناداری روی سهم از کیف پول مشتری، قصد اقامت مجدد، احساسات مورد انتظار و هویت یابی مشتری با برند دارد. یافته های به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن است که احساسات مورد انتظار و هویت یابی مشتری با برند تاثیر معناداری روی سهم از کیف پول مشتری و قصد اقامت مجدد دارد؛ نتایج اثرات غیرمستقیم نیز حاکی از آن بود که متغیرهای احساسات مورد انتظار و هویت یابی مشتری به‌عنوان متغیرهای میانجی در تاثیرگذاری رابطه‌مداری درک شده برند بر سهم از کیف پول مشتری و قصد اقامت مجدد ایفای نقش دارند.

   The Effect of the Perceived Brand Relation Orientation on Brand Performance by Explaining the role of Expected Emotions and Customer Identification with the Brand (Case Study: Tehran Laleh Hotel Customers)

Abstract    By increasing the tourism and hotel industry researchers’ attention to the importance of the relationship between the customer and brand, hotels are increasingly trying to improve their relationships with their customers. Considering the fact that customer’s favorable emotions toward the brand leads to hotels positive functional performance, studying the specific emotional and cognitive mechanisms related to the effect of the brand relationship orientation from customers points of view on brand performance will bring important theoretical and practical implications. By explaining the role of the expected emotions and customer identification, this study aimed at investigating the perceived brand relation orientation effects on brand performance. In terms of purpose, this study is applied, and considered as a descriptivesurvey with regard to data collection. Structural equation modeling and Liserel software were used for Data analyzing. A standard questionnaire was used as the research data collecting tool. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated through the content validity and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The statistical population in this research was customers of Laleh hotel in Tehran. The convenience sampling method was used and the sample size was 384. The results showed that the brandoriented relationship has a significant positive effect on the share of customer’s wallets, the intention of their reresidence, expected emotions and customer identification. The findings also indicated that the expected emotions and customer identification with the brand have a significant effect on the share of the customer’s wallet and the intention to reside. The results of indirect effects also indicated that expected emotions and customer identification as mediatory variables play an important role in influencing the perceived brand relationship on the share of customer wallet and the intention to their reresidence.
