اکوسیستم استارت‌آپ‌های ورزشی در ایران: مطالعه جایگاه سرمایه انسانی و کیفیت آموزش

هدف: پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه جایگاه سرمایه انسانی و کیفیت آموزش در اکوسیستم استارت آپ های ورزشی ایران پرداخته است.روش شناسی: ماهیت تحقیق کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی است. برای جمع آوری داده ها با 16 نفر از خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی و استارت آپ های ورزشی از بنیان گذاران استارت آپ های ورزشی، مدیران پارک های علم و فناوری و مراکز رشد، اساتید دانشگاه و نخبگان حوزه کارآفرینی ورزشی، مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند بود. سپس داده ها به روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، محتوا و سیاست های آموزشی از طریق آموزش های فنی، ارتباطی و مدیریتی، نیازسنجی و هدف گذاری آموزشی، آموزش جهت گیری کارآفرینانه، رویه های آموزشی، نظام ارزیابی و زیرساخت های آموزشی و پژوهشی می تواند در اکوسیستم استارت آپ های ورزشی نقش آفرینی کند؛ همچنین سرمایه انسانی از طریق دانش و مهارت های مورد نیاز کسب و کارهای استارت آپی، قابلیت های کارآفرینی و ویژگی های شناختی کارآفرینان، مدیریت چابک و پویا و قابلیت تیم سازی در اکوسیستم استارت آپ های ورزشی نقش دارد.نتیجه گیری: این‌گونه به نظر می رسد که عامل سرمایه انسانی و آموزش آن به عنوان دو رکن مهم اکوسیستم استارت آپ های ورزشی نیازمند توجه جدی در ایران است. در این زمینه سیاست گذاران ورزش باید در توسعه آموزش و تحقیق برای بهبود کیفیت سرمایه انسانی و ارتقا آن در اکوسیستم استارت آپی سرمایه گذاری کنند؛ همچنین فضای حاکم بر مدارس و دانشگاه های ایران برای تربیت نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز فعالیت های کارآفرینانه و یا استارت آپی چندان مناسب نیست؛ بنابراین، بازنگری در دوره‌های ارائه شده در مدارس و دانشگاه ها می تواند گام مهمی در جهت بهبود اکوسیستم باشد. توسعه ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه هم در زمینه آموزش رسمی و غیررسمی و هم برای ایجاد روحیه و جهت گیری کارآفرینی نیز مثمرثمر خواهد بود؛ همچنین آموزش صرفاً به افراد جامعه یا دانش آموزان و دانشجویان منحصر نیست، بلکه آگاهی دادن به مسئولین و سیاست گذاران و آموزش آن ها نیز در بهبود کیفیت سرمایه انسانی و ارتقا اکوسیستم نقش اساسی دارد.

sport startup ecosystem in iran: a study of the position of human capital and the quality of education

objective: the current research has studied the position of human capital and the quality of education in the ecosystem of sports startups in iran.methodology: the nature of the research is qualitative and exploratory. to collect data, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 experts in the field of entrepreneurship and sports startups, including founders of sports startups, managers of science and technology parks and growth centers, university professors, and elites in the field of sports entrepreneurship. sampling was purposeful. then the data was analyzed by the thematic analysis method.results: the results showed that educational content and policies can play a role in the sports startup ecosystem through technical, communication, and management training, needs assessment and educational goal setting, entrepreneurial orientation training, educational procedures, evaluation system, and educational and research infrastructures. human capital also plays a crucial role in the sports startup ecosystem, encompassing the knowledge and skills required by startup businesses, the entrepreneurial capabilities and cognitive characteristics of entrepreneurs, agile and dynamic management, and effective team-building capabilities.conclusion: the human capital factor and its education, as two important pillars of the sports startup ecosystem, require serious attention in our country. in this context, sports policymakers should invest in the development of education and research to improve the quality of human capital and promote it in the startup ecosystem. additionally, the prevailing atmosphere in our schools and universities is not conducive to developing the human resources required for entrepreneurial or startup activities. therefore, revising the courses offered in schools and universities can be an important step toward improving the ecosystem. developing industry-university relations will be fruitful both in the field of formal and informal education and in creating an entrepreneurial spirit and orientation. furthermore, education extends beyond individuals and students to inform and educate officials and policymakers, playing a crucial role in enhancing human capital quality and fostering a thriving ecosystem.
