چالش های داوطلبان در برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی (مطالعه موردی: شانزدهمین المپیاد فرهنگی، ورزشی دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه های ایران)

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی چالش های داوطلبان در شانزدهمین المپیاد فرهنگی، ورزشی دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه های ایران به میزبانی دانشگاه اصفهان بود.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش، کیفی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل داوطلبان و مدیران برگزاری رویداد بودند. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود که در نهایت پانزده نفر از داوطلبان و پنج نفر از مدیران برگزاری در مصاحبه ها شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. زمان هر مصاحبه بین 20 تا 30 دقیقه به طول انجامید. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از الگوی شش مرحله ای براون و کلارک استفاده شد. برای اعتبارسنجی تحقیق از راهبردهای توصیف غنی، ملاحظات اخلاقی، بررسی همتایان، دوستان منتقد و همسوسازی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج دربرگیرنده چهار مضمون اصلی شامل، چالش های مدیریتی، چالش های پشتیبانی و توانمندسازی، چالش های عاطفی و انگیزشی و چالش های اجتماعی و فرهنگی بود. چالش های مدیریتی شامل چهار مضمون فرعی مدیریت زمان و برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی داوطلبان، ارتباطات و هماهنگی تیمی و حقوقی و قراردادی بود. چالش های پشتیبانی و توانمندسازی شامل چهار مضمون فرعی تامین تجهیزات و منابع مالی، پشتیبانی و مراقبت‌های جسمانی، آموزش و توانمندسازی و امنیت و ایمنی بود. چالش های عاطفی و انگیزشی شامل دو مضمون فرعی انگیزش و رضایت داوطلبان و چالش های روانی - عاطفی بود. در نهایت چالش های اجتماعی و فرهنگی شامل دو مضمون فرعی تعارضات و مشکلات بین فردی و چالش‌های فرهنگی بود.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه ‌به نتایج می‌توان بیان داشت، فرایند آماده سازی و توانمندسازی داوطلبان در رویداد ورزشی باید با برنامه ریزی دقیق و برگزاری دوره های آموزشی مناسب صورت پذیرد. علاوه بر آن پشتیبانی مناسب از داوطلبان، توانمندسازی تخصصی آن ها در ابعاد مختلف و ارضای نیازهای اساسی (استقلال، رابطه و شایستگی) می تواند تا حدود زیادی چالش های محتمل را برطرف کند.

challenges faced by volunteers in organizing sporting events (case study: the 16th cultural and sports olympiad for male university students in iran)

objective: this study aimed to identify the challenges faced by volunteers during the 16th cultural and sports olympiad for male university students in iran, hosted by the university of isfahan.methodology: the research method was qualitative and applied with a specific purpose. the study population included event volunteers and managers. participants were selected through purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was reached, resulting in interviews with 15 volunteers and five managers. data were collected through semi-structured interviews lasting 20 to 30 minutes each. braun and clarke’s six-step method was used for data analysis. strategies such as rich descriptions, ethical considerations, peer review, critical friends, and member checking were employed to ensure the credibility of the findings.results: the results revealed four main themes: managerial challenges, support and empowerment challenges, emotional and motivational challenges, and social and cultural challenges. managerial challenges included four sub-themes: time management and planning, volunteer organization, communication and team coordination, and legal and contractual issues. support and empowerment challenges encompassed four sub-themes: provision of equipment and financial resources, physical support and care, training and capacity building, and safety and security. emotional and motivational challenges included two sub-themes: volunteer motivation and satisfaction, and psychological-emotional difficulties. finally, social and cultural challenges consisted of two sub-themes: interpersonal conflicts and issues, and cultural challenges.conclusion: the findings suggest that the training and empowerment process of volunteers in sporting events requires precise planning and the implementation of appropriate training programs. additionally, proper support, specialized capacity-building in various dimensions, and addressing volunteers’ basic needs (autonomy, relatedness, and competence) can significantly mitigate potential challenges.
