رابطه نوستالژی و رفاه ذهنی با نقش میانجی تعلق اجتماعی در داوطلبان رویدادهای ورزشی

هدف: امروزه حضور داوطلبان در ورزش توانسته فواید بی شمار فرهنگی و اقتصادی را نصیب این بخش نماید؛ از اینرو هدف این تحقیقبررسی رابطه نوستالژی و رفاه ذهنی با تعلق اجتماعی در حضور بیشتر داوطلبان در رویدادهای ورزشی بود.روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه داوطلبان در رویدادهای ورزشی بود که تعداد 312 نفر به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه های نوستالژی، پرسشنامه تعلق اجتماعی و پرسشنامه رفاه ذهنی بود. روایی صوری پرسشنامه ها توسط اساتید و روایی همگرا و واگرای پرسشنامه ها نیز بررسی و تایید شد؛ همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه شد و مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده هااز مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد .یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین نوستالژی با تعلق اجتماعی، نوستالژی با رفاه ذهنی و تعلق اجتماعی با رفاه ذهنی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد، تعلق اجتماعی به عنوان یک میانجی در رابطه بین نوستالژی با رفاه ذهنی معنادار است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق که رابطه نوستالژی با رفاه ذهنی را معنی دار نشان داده است، پیشنهاد می گردد ، مدیران رویدادهایورزشی محیط کاری داوطلبان را بهینه طراحی کنند تا بتواند حس نوستالژی در داوطلبان را شکل دهند و شیوه های مدیریت داوطلبانه را بر اساس نیازهای روانی آنان ثمر بخش نمایند.

relationship between nostalgia and mental welfare with mediating role of social belonging in sport event volunteers

objective: today, the presence of volunteers in sports has brought countless cultural and economic benefits to this sector; therefore, the purpose of this research work was to investigate the relationship between nostalgia and mental well being with social belonging in the presence of most volunteers in sports events.methodology: this research work was of a descriptive correlation type. the statistical population of the present study included all volunteers in sports events; 312 people were randomly selected as a sample. research tools included nostalgia questionnaires, social belonging questionnaires, and mental well being questionnaires. the face validity of the questionnaires and the convergent and divergent validity of the questionnaires were also checked and confirmed by the professors. also the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated and confirmed using cronbach’s alpha test and composite reliability. structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data.results: the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between nostalgia and social belonging, nostalgia, and mental well being, and social belonging and mental well being. also the results showed that social belonging is significant as a mediator in the relationship between nostalgia and mental well being.conclusion: according to the results of the research work that showed a significant relationship between nostalgia and mental well being, it is suggested that managers of sporting events design the working environment of volunteers optimally, to be able to form a sense of nostalgia in the volunteers and make voluntary management methods fruitful based on their psychological needs.
