شناسایی عوامل پیشایندی و پسایندی مهاجرت سرمایه‌های انسانی در ورزش

هدف:پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل پیشایندی و پسایندی مهاجرت سرمایه های انسانی در ورزش انجام شد. روش شناسی: این پژوهش در زمره تحقیقات آمیخته با رویکرد کیفی و کمی است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش گردآوری اطلاعات پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر خبرگان بودند که متشکل از اساتید دانشگاه و کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان می باشند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و براساس اصل کفایت نظری 25 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه پژوهش درنظر گرفته شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود که برای بررسی قابلیت اعتبار آن از روایی نظری و پایایی درون کدگذار و میان کدگذار استفاده شد؛ همچنین ابزار گردآوری داده در بخش کمی پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن با روش اعتبار محتوا و پایایی بازآزمون تایید شد. در این پژوهش برای تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری و نرم افزار اطلس تی و برای تحلیل کمی از روش دیمتل فازی بهره گرفته شد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشانگر آن است که شرایط کاری و شغلی مناسب درموقعیت های کاری بعد از مهاجرت،انتظار فرصترشد، پیشرفت و تعالی بیشتر و حقوق و دستمزد بالاتر در موقعیت های رقیب، به عنوان عوامل پیشایندی و تضعیف جایگاه ورزش ملی و تقویت کشورهای رقیب، افول ورزش قهرمانی در عرصه جهانی و بین المللی والگوپذیری منفی نوجوانان و نونهالان ورزشکار از مهمترین پسایندهای مهاجرت سرمایه های انسانی در ورزش بودند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که پدیده مهاجرت سرمایه های انسانی در ورزش در سالیان اخیر شدت یافته است؛ لذا عواملی همچون امکانات ضعیف، عدم وجود چشم انداز روشن، عدم حمایت های مادی و معنوی از ورزشکاران، شرایط کاری و حقوق و دستمزد بالا در کشورهای مقصد بیش از پیش به این امر دامن زده است. بدون شک بی توجهی به پدیده مهاجرت سرمایه انسانی در حوزه ورزش می تواند به تضعیف جایگاه ورزش ملی، کاهش پرستیژ آن، افول ورزش قهرمانی و ایجاد موج بی انگیزگی در جامعه منجر شود.

summary: in today's world, sports are no longer considered as an activity for the vitality and health of the individual's soul and spirit; rather, the political, economic, social, and cultural functions issues and theirimpacts on the international relations of governments require a different and more intelligent look at this phenomenon. the social and cultural effects of this phenomenon have made it more necessary to pay attention to it in such a way that the sports elites and champion athletes of any country are precious assets that should be preserved and developed. in fact, the well-known athletes at the national and global level become one of the famous symbols of their society, and that is cause of this reason that thedeveloped countries, realizing this importance, try to use the capacity of their great and well-known athletes in the fields benefited in different ways. if these athletes are neglected or if there are no suitable conditions for their growth and development, the possibility of their country moving towards destinations that provide opportunities for them, it will not be impossible (3). therefore, this work was conducted with the aim of identifying the antecedent and postoperative factors of human capital flight. introduction: the necessity and importance of paying attention to the issue of human capital migration is to the extent that this phenomenon, if it occurs, will have many consequences for the countries where the human capital migration is high. among these consequences, we can mention the weakening of the country's championship status in the international and global arenas, the weakening of championship sports, the negative effects on public sports, the negative role modeling of the junior and teenage athletes, and the weakening of the country's sports leagues. the migration of human capitals in sports indicates a situation in which the capitals that are cultivated at great expense and during exploitation leave the country for various reasons and give many honors and titles to the other countries. the migration of human capital is not only specific to mathematics, physics or scientific fields but this phenomenon has also been seen abundantly in the field of sports in the recent years in the third world countries.
