اثربخشی الگوی گشتاوری السون بر تاب‌آوری و تعارضات زناشویی زوجین

در بسیاری از زوجین احساسات مثبت اولیه در گذر زمان کاهش می یابد و تعارضات شدید جایگزین آن می شود. استفاده از سبک های مخرب حل تعارض صرفا باعث دوری بیشتر زوج ها می شود و توانایی زوج ها در کاربرد مهارت های حل مساله می تواند عاملی برای بهبود روابط زوجین باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی مدل گشتاوری السون بر تاب آوری و تعارضات زناشویی زوجین بود. پژوهش حاضر، آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون پس آزمون پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 20 زوج در این پژوهش شرکت کردند که در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. سپس گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه12090 دقیقه ای هفته ای یک بار تحت تاثیر مداخله (مدل گشتاوری السون) قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مقیاس تاب آوری (cdrisc) و پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی (mcq) بود. یافته ها نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون گروه آزمایش و کنترل در تاب آوری و تعارضات زناشویی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ آموزش مدل گشتاوری السون موجب افزایش تاب آوری و کاهش تعارضات زناشویی زوجین شده است و این تاثیر در طی زمان دارای ماندگاری اثر است. با توجه به یافته های به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت که الگوی گشتاوری السون می تواند به عنوان یک روش درمانی مناسب مورداستفاده متخصصان و درمانگران خانواده قرار گیرد.

Effectiveness of Olson Circumplex Model in couples, resilency and marital conflicts

Abstract: In many couples, the primary positive feelings are decreased by passing time and are replaced with acute conflicts. Using destructive conflict resolution styles increases the distance between the couples, while their ability to apply problem solving skills can be a factor to improve the couples rsquo; relationships. The present study was conducted aiming at determining the effectiveness of Olson Circumference Model in the couples rsquo; resiliency and marital conflicts. The present study was an experimental research of pretestposttest type with a control group. Participants of the study were 20 couples assigned to the experimental and the control groups. The experimental group was then influenced by the Olson Circumplex Model during eight (90120 minutes) instruction held once a week. The instruments of the study were Resiliency Scale (CDRISC) and Marital Conflict Questionnaire (MCQ). The results demonstrated that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group in resiliency and marital conflicts. It can be concluded that training in the Olson Circumplex Model has increased resiliency and decreased marital conflict in couples and this effect was durable over the time. Considering the findings of the present research, it can also be concluded that the Olson Circumplex Model can be used by specialists and family therapists.
