مروری نظام‌مند بر ابزارهای دلبستگی بزرگسالان و جایگاه کاربرد آن‌ها در ایران

تحقیقات دلبستگی فقط به حوزه نوزادی و کودکی ختم ‌نمی‌شود و در سال‌های اخیر، پژوهشگران دلبستگی را در بزرگسالان به روش‌های مختلف بررسی‌کرده‌اند. دلبستگی، افراد را مستعد ایجاد و حفظ مشکلات شخصی، اجتماعی و سلامت روانی می‌کند. بنابراین، ارزیابی دلبستگی بزرگسالان هم برای روان‌شناسان، کاربردی و هم برای محققان مهم است. ابزارهای مختلفی برای سنجش دلبستگی در بزرگسالان وجود دارد، بررسی نظام‌مند این‌ابزارها می‌تواند برای محققان در پژوهش‌های مرتبط ‌با دلبستگی راه‌گشا باشد. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق جستجو در پایگاه‌های داده scopus، science direct، psycarticles، sid، مگ‌ایران و نورمگز به‌ دست‌آمد. مقالات با استفاده از روش نظام‌مند کاکرین و چک‌لیست‌های casp و prisma ارزیابی شدند. در نهایت ابزارهایی که معیارهای مدنظر پژوهش را داشتند، در قالب جدول به صورت نظام‌مند مرور شدند. جستجوی پایگاه‌های داده 2281 نتیجه را ارائه کرد که باتوجه به معیارهای موردنیاز پژوهش، 33 مطالعه واجد شرایط شناسایی ‌شدند و به‌طور انتقادی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. هرابزار براساس نوع آن، نویسندگان، تاریخ انتشار، کشور سازنده، دسته‌بندی ابزار، تعداد گویه‌ها، توصیفی از ابزار، تعداد نمونه، تمرکز دلبستگی در روابط مختلف، ویژگی‌های روان سنجی و استفاده ابزار در ایران مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. ابزارهای مختلف دلبستگی از لحاظ ویژگی‌های مختلف مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند. بهترین شواهد پژوهشی برای ابزار مصاحبه‌ای مربوط ‌به aai (1985)george et al و برای ابزار خودگزارش‌دهی مربوط‌ به ابزار aas(1987 ) hazan and shaver بود. پژوهشگران باتوجه‌ به اهداف پژوهش خود می‌توانند از ابزار موردنظر خود استفاده‌کنند.

a systematic review of adult attachment measurement tools and their application in iran

research on attachment extends beyond infancy and childhood with recent years witnessing increased investigation on adult attachment. attachment predisposes individuals to developing and maintaining personal, social, and mental health problems. therefore, assessing adult attachment is crucial for both applied psychologists and researchers. various tools exist to measure adult attachment; a systematic review of these tools can provide valuable guidance for researchers in attachment related studies. the research data were obtained by searching scopus, science direct, psycarticles, sid, magiran, and noormags. the articles were assessed using the cochrane systematic review method and the casp and prisma checklists. ultimately, the tools that met the research criteria were systematically reviewed and presented in tabular form. the database search yielded 2281 results, of which 33 studies met the inclusion criteria and were critically evaluated. each tool was examined based on its type, authors, publication date, country of origin, tool category, number of items, description, sample size, the focus of attachment in different relationships, psychometric properties, and the use of the tool in iran. various attachment tools were evaluated based on different characteristics. the strongest research evidence for interview based tools and self report tools was related to aai (george et al., 1985) and the aas (hazan & shaver, 1987), respectively. researchers can select appropriate tools according to their specific research objectives.
