کنترل روان‌شناختی والدین و مشکلات اجتماعی نوجوانان: نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه کنترل روان‌شناختی والدین و مشکلات اجتماعی نوجوانان با نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان صورت گرفته است.روش این پژوهش،همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری و جامعه آماری آن شامل نوجوانان 13 تا 18سال ساکن شهر مشهد در سال 1402 می‌باشدکه 215 نفر از آن‌ها با شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدندوپرسش‌نامه‌های کنترل روان‌شناختی وابسته ‌مدار و پیشرفت‌ مدار(dapcs)،مقیاس رفتار مشکل‌ساز نوجوان(ysr)وفرم کوتاه مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان(ders)را تکمیل نمودند.داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و به‌وسیله نرم‌افزارهای spss و لیزرل، تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.طبق نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون مدل، اثر مستقیم متغیر برون‌زا یعنی کنترل روان‌شناختی والدین بر متغیر میانجی یعنی دشواری در تنظیم هیجان معنی دار بود ((t = 4.69, β = 0.39). اثر مستقیم متغیر میانجی یعنی دشواری در تنظیم هیجان نیز بر متغیر درون‌زا یعنی مشکلات اجتماعی معنیدار بود (t = 6.05, β = 0.53). اثر مستقیم متغیر برون‌زا یعنی کنترل روان‌شناختی والدین بر متغیر درون‌زا یعنی مشکلات اجتماعی نیز معنیدار به دست آمد (t = 4.37, β = 0.36). به‌علاوه، میزان اثر غیرمستقیم کنترل روان‌شناختی والدین بر مشکلات اجتماعی نیز معنادار به دست آمد که نشان می‌دهد دشواری در تنظیم هیجان نقش میانجی معناداری را در رابطه این دو متغیرداشته است.بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت، نوجوانانی که سطوح بالای کنترل روان‌شناختی را از سوی والدین خود تجربه می‌کنند، در تنظیم هیجانات خود با دشواری‌هایی مانند کمبود یا فقدان وضوح هیجانی و دشواری در کنترل رفتار تکانشی مواجه هستند که این بد تنظیمی هیجانی می‌تواند آن‌ها را به سمت تجربه مشکلات اجتماعی بیشتر سوق دهد.

parental psychological control and adolescent social problems: the mediating role of emotion regulation

the present study investigated the relationship between parental psychological control and adolescents’ social problems, with the mediating role of emotion regulation. this research employed a correlational method based on structural equation modeling. the statistical population consisted of adolescents in the age range of 13 to 18 residing in mashhad. among them, 215 individuals were selected through convenience sampling method. the participants filled out the following questionnaires: soensen’s parental psychological control questionnaire (2010), achenbach’s youth problem behavior scale (1991), and gratz and roemer’s emotion regulation difficulty scale (2004). the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson’s correlation coefficient, and structural equation modeling through spss and lisrel software. according to the results of the model test, the direct effect of the exogenous variable, parental psychological control, on the mediating variable, emotion regulation difficulties, was significant (t = 4.69, β = 0.39). the direct effect of the mediating variable, emotion regulation difficulties, on the endogenous variable, social problems, was also significant (t = 6.05, β = 0.53). additionally, the direct effect of the exogenous variable, parental psychological control, on the endogenous variable, social problems, was significant (t = 4.37, β = 0.36). moreover, the indirect effect of parental psychological control on social problems through emotion regulation difficulties was significant. this finding indicates that emotion regulation difficulties play a significant mediating role in the relationship between these two variables. in conclusion, adolescents who experience high levels of psychological control from their parents face difficulties in emotion regulation (e.g., a lack of emotional clarity and difficulties with controlling impulsive behaviors). these difficulties in emotion regulation may lead to greater social problems.
