بررسی عوامل مرتبط با رضایت زناشویی در جامعه ایرانی: یک مطالعه فراترکیب

نقش پررنگ رضایت زناشویی در سلامت فرد، خانواده و جامعه باعث شده است که توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران در چند دهه اخیر به این حوزه جلب شود، به شکلی که پژوهش‌های بی‌شماری را در این زمینه موجب شده است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی عوامل مرتبط با رضایت زناشویی در جامعه ایرانی انجام شد. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف، توسعه‌ای و بر اساس ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی از نوع فراترکیب است. در این پژوهش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از الگوی ساندروسکی و باروسو برای ترکیب یافته‌های کیفی انجام شد. در همین راستا با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود و خروج، نمونه متشکل از 21 مقاله جهت انجام تجزیه‌وتحلیل انتخاب شد. نتایج این مطالعه منجر به شناسایی 4 مقوله عوامل فردی، عوامل زناشویی، عوامل خانوادگی و عوامل محیطی به‌عنوان عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رضایت زناشویی زوجین گردید. همچنین مقوله عوامل زناشویی که به مفاهیم مربوط به رابطه زناشویی اشاره دارد به‌عنوان مقوله اصلی تاثیرگذار بر رضایت زناشویی زوجین نام‌گذاری گردید. نتایج این فراترکیب نشان می‌دهد که برای دستیابی به رضایت زناشویی مطلوب باید هم‌زمان به عوامل فردی، خانوادگی و محیطی نیز در کنار تقویت رابطه زناشویی توجه گردد هرچند که بیشترین تاثیر بر رضایت زناشویی را عوامل مربوط با رابطه زناشویی دارد.

investigating factors related to marital satisfaction in iranian society: a meta synthesis

the crucial role of marital satisfaction in the health of the individual, family, and society has attracted many researchers in the last few decades. thus, multiple studies have been done on this issue. the current study investigated the factors related to marital satisfaction in iran. this research was developmental in terms of its purpose. in terms of the nature of the data, it was a meta analysis. moreover, to analyze the data, we applied sandelowski and barroso’s models to combine the qualitative data. in this regard, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a sample group consisting of twenty one articles was selected for analysis. the results of this study led to the identification of four categories, including individual, marital, family, and environmental factors which affected the couples’ marital satisfaction. in addition, the category of marital factors which referred to the concepts related to marital relationship was named as the main category affecting marital satisfaction. the results of this meta analysis showed that to achieve optimal marital satisfaction, one should pay attention to the individual, family, and environmental factors along with strengthening the marital relationships between a couple. nevertheless, the factors related to marital relationships had the most influential role in marital satisfaction.
