مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج به شیوه گاتمن و مدل سیمبیس (symbis) بر الگوها و آسیب‌های زوج‌های نامزد ترکمن

دوران نامزدی و سال‌های اول ازدواج از مقاطع مهم در چرخه زندگی خانوادگی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش  پیش از ازدواج به شیوه گاتمن در مقایسه با مدل سیمبیس (symbis) بر الگوها و آسیب‌های زوج‌های نامزد ترکمن بود. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی با دو گروه آزمایش، یک گروه گواه، طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری 3 ماهه بود . 24 زوج از بین زوج‌های نامزد ترکمن که در بازه زمانی مرداد تا آبان ماه 1398 به مرکز مشاوره راه نوین زندگی شهرستان گنبدکاووس مراجعه کرده بودند به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی غنی‌سازی پیش از ازدواج به شیوه گاتمن (8 زوج=16 نفر)، غنی‌سازی پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر مدل سیمبیس (8 زوج= 16 نفر) و گروه گواه (8 زوج=16 نفر) جایگزین شدند. جلسات گروه آموزشی پیش از ازدواج به شیوه گاتمن به مدت 8 جلسه و به مدت 4 هفته 90 دقیقه‌ای به‌صورت دو جلسه در هفته و گروه آموزشی پیش از ازدواج به شیوه سیمبیس نیز به مدت 8 جلسه و به مدت 4 هفته 90 دقیقه‌ای هفته‌ای دو جلسه اجرا شد. شرکت‌کنندگان هر سه گروه پرسشنامه ارزیابی و سنجش ‌الگوها و آسیب‌های پیش از ازدواج رستمی، نوابی‌نژاد و فرزاد (1398) را در سه مرحله تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد تاثیر مداخله پیش از ازدواج گاتمن و مداخله پیش از ازدواج مدل سیمبیس بر الگوهای ناکارآمد ارتباطی (6.44 f=، 0.003p=)، الگوهای ناکارآمد مدیریت رابطه (3.68 f=، 0.033p=)، نظام ارزشی زوج‌ها  (9.17 f=، 0.001p=)، ذهنیت طرحواره‌ای (3.80 f=، 0.030p=) و اثرات مخرب خانواده اصلی (11.58 f=، 0.001p=) موثرند و این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری پایدار مانده است. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد که بین مداخله پیش از ازدواج گاتمن و مدل سیمبیس تفاوتی وجود ندارد. از آنجایی که هر دو روش منجر به بهبود الگوها و آسیب‌های پیش از ازدواج در شرکت‌کنندگان می‌شود، می‌توان از آن به‌عنوان مداخله‌‌ای موثر برای حل مشکلات و بهبود رابطه زوج‌های نامزد استفاده کرد.

comparison of the effectiveness of gottman-based premarital training and the symbis model on the patterns and damages of turkmen engagement couples

engagement and the first years of marriage are important milestones in the family life cycle. the purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of gottman’s premarital education in comparison with the symbis model on the patterns and injuries of turkmen married couples. the research method was quasi-experimental with two experimental groups, a control group, pre-test, post-test, and 3-month follow-up and 24 couples from turkmen couples who referred to gonbadkavos new life counseling center from july to october 2019. purposefully selected and randomly divided into two groups of experimental marital enrichment by gottman method (8 couples = 16 persons), simbis model pre-marital enrichment (8 couples = 16 persons), and control group (8 couples = 16 persons). were replaced. gottman’s premarital training sessions lasted 8 sessions for 4 weeks, 90 minutes two sessions per week, and symbis premarital training sessions for 8 sessions, 90 minutes weekly for 4 weeks. was. participants in all three groups completed the questionnaire evaluation and measurement patterns and premarital damage rostami, navabinejad, and farzad (2019). data were analyzed using repeated-measures analysis of variance. the results showed that the effect of gottman’s premarital intervention and simbis’s premarital intervention on dysfunctional communication patterns (f = 6.44, p = 0.003), ineffective relationship management patterns (f = 3.68, p = 0.033), couples’ value system (f = 9.17, p = 0.001), schema mentality (f = 3.80, p = 0.030), and the destructive effects of the main family (f = 11.58, p = 0.001) are effective. influence remained constant at follow-up. the results of the tukey post hoc test also showed that there was no difference between gottman’s premarital intervention and the symbis model. since both methods lead to improved patterns of pre-marriage trauma and trauma for participants, it can be used as an effective intervention to resolve problems and improve the couple’s relationship.
