آسیب‌‌شناسی مشکلات زوجین در مرحله نامزدی: یک مطالعه کیفی

دوران نامزدی یک دوره حد واسط است که فرد را آماده انتخاب مناسب و ورود به زندگی مشترک می‌کند. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی آسیب‌شناسی مشکلات زوجین در مرحله نامزدی بود. این مطالعه به روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. بر اساس معیار اشباع نظری، تعداد 13 زوج نامزد در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد. سپس داده‌ها جمع‌آوری، ثبت، کدگذاری و در قالب مضمون‌های اصلی و فرعی طبقه‌بندی شد. تحلیل تجارب مصاحبه با زوجین نامزد منجر به شناسایی 243 کد اولیه، 19 مضمون فرعی و 5 مضمون اصلی شامل الگوهای ناکارآمد ارتباطی، الگوهای ناکارآمدی مدیریت رابطه، نظام ارزشی زوج‌ها، ذهنیت طرحواره‌ای و اثرات مخرب خانواده اصلی شد. نتایج نشان داد که عواملی مانند عدم درک و تعامل متقابل، مشکلات ارتباطی، عدم اصالت، ناتوانی در دلگرمی دادن و اطمینان بخشی، ناتوانی در مدیریت تعارض‌ها، عدم شفافیت نقش‌ها، ناتوانی در مدیریت حریم و مرز شخصی، ناتوانی در مدیریت شبکه اجتماعی، نگرش نسبت به مذهب و معنویت، فرهنگ و رسوم، عقاید و باورها، نیازها، تله‌ها، خودآگاهی (خودشناسی)، خلق‌وخوی هیجانی، وابستگی، الگوگیری منفی خانواده، تجارب ناموفق در خانواده و نقش منفی خانواده در مشکلات و آسیب‌های دوره نامزدی برای زوجین نامزد در آستانه ازدواج نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کنند؛ بنابراین ضروری است در برنامه‌های غنی‌سازی پیش از ازدواج که برای جوانان اجرا می‌شود به این عوامل مهم توجه ویژه شود.

Pathology of couples problems in engagement: A qualitative study

The nomination period is an intermediate period that prepares a person to choose the right one and to enter a common life. Accordingly, the aim of the present study was to investigate the pathology of couples' problems in the stage of engagement. The study was conducted in a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach. theoretical saturation criterion, 13 couple rsquo;s engagement participated in this study. The semistructured interview method was used to collect information. Then the data was collected, recorded, coded and categorized as main and sub themes. Analysis of the experiences of the interview with the candidate's couples resulted in the identification of 243 primary codes, 19 subthemes and 5 main themes including ineffective communication patterns, patterns of inefficiency in relationship management, value system of couples, schematic mentality, and the destructive effects of the main family. The results showed that factors such as lack of understanding and interaction, communication problems, lack of originality, inability to encourage and reassure, inability to manage conflicts, lack of transparency of roles, inability to manage personal and personal boundaries, disability in social network management, attitude towards religion and spirituality, culture and traditions, beliefs, needs, traps, selfknowledge, emotional mood, dependency, negative family modeling, unsuccessful experiences in the family, and negative role of the family in problems and injuries. The nomination period for married couples plays an important role on the verge of marriage. Therefore, it is imperative to pay special attention to these important factors in premarital enrichment programs for young people.
