اثربخشی خانواده درمانی مبتنی بر درمان عاطفی بوئن بر کارکردهای تحولی خانواده و روان‌بنه‌های هیجانی ناسازگار زنان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی

وجود افسردگی در زنان می‌تواند سلامت جسم و روان آنها و تربیت فرزندان را به شکل منفی تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی خانواده‌درمانی مبتنی بر درمان عاطفی بوئن بر کارکردهای تحولی خانواده و روان‌بنه‌های هیجانی ناسازگار زنان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی بود. روش پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه‌ای مشتمل بر 40 نفر از زنان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی که به بیمارستان‌های روانپزشکی شهر تهران مراجعه و تحت درمان دارویی قرار داشتند، انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش تحت خانواده درمانی عاطفی بوئن قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. هر دو گروه در سه مرحله پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری به مقیاس روان‌بنه‌های هیجانی (ess) و پرسشنامه سنجش کارکردهای تحولی خانواده (dffaq) پاسخ دادند. یافته‌ها تفاوت معناداری را بین عملکرد دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نمرات کارکرهای تحولی خانواده و روان‌بنه‌های هیجانی در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری را نشان داد. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که خانواده‌درمانی مبتنی بر درمان عاطفی بوئن، یک درمان موثر برای بهبود کارکردهای تحولی خانواده و کاهش روان‌بنه‌های هیجانی زنان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی است.

The effectiveness of family therapy based on bowen's emotional treatment on developmental functions of family and maladaptive emotional schemes among women with major depressive disorder

Depression in women can negatively affect their mental and physical health and offspring. The purpose of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of family therapy based on Bowen's emotional treatment on developmental functions of family and reducing maladaptive emotional schemes among women with major depressive disorder. The research method was quasi experimental with pretestposttest and followup with control group design. From all the women with major depressive disorder who referred to Tehran psychiatric hospitals, 40 women with major depressive disorder that were under medical treatment, selected and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (20 each). The experimental group received Bowen's emotional Family therapy and the control group did not receive any intervention. Both groups completed the Emotional Schemes Scale (ESS) and Developmental Family Functioning Assessment scale (DFFAQ) in three stages of pretest, posttest and followup. Findings showed a significant difference between the performance of both experimental and control groups in the scores of developmental functions of family and emotional schemes in posttest and follow up stages. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that family therapy based on Bowen's emotional treatment is effective in improving developmental functions of family and reducing maladaptive emotional schemes among women with major depressive disorder.
