providing a model to protect the rights of service recipients in hospitals

Background and objectives: service recipients in the hospital have rights due to unique physical and mental conditions. the increasing complexity of treatment systems, the increase in treatment costs, and the increase in awareness and expectations of service recipients have made it necessary to protect service recipients by the government and hospitals. this study was conducted to design a model to protect the rights of service recipients in iranian hospitals.methods: this research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative). the questions of the researcher-made questionnaire were finalized after interviews with experts and two rounds of soliciting expert opinions using the delphi method. the finalized questionnaire was then administered to service recipients who were hospitalized. data were extracted and analyzed using spss software, version 19 and smartpls software, version 3 using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.results: effective factors in protecting the rights of service recipients in iranian hospitals were classified into ten main axes: strategic, information, patient-centered care, human resources, managerial, policy-making, physical resources, control, education, and insurance, along with 51 items. among the results, the most crucial axis identified was strategy, with the sub-axis of legislation and drafting executive regulations to ensure the legal protection of the rights of service recipients.conclusion: protecting the rights of service recipients in iranian hospitals requires the provision of necessary infrastructures and mechanisms from the macro level to the hospital level. this issue will increase patient satisfaction and fulfill the government’s obligations in this field.

ارائه الگوی حمایت از حقوق گیرنده گان خدمت در بیمارستان

زمینه و هدف: گیرنده خدمت در بیمارستان با توجه به شرایط خاص جسمی و روحی از حقوقی برخوردار است . پیچیدگی روزافزون سیستمهای درمانی و افزایش هزینه های درمان از یکسو و افزایش آگاهی و انتظارات گیرندگان خدمت ، حمایت از حقوق گیرندگان خدمت را توسط دولت و بیمارستانها ضروری ساخته است. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی الگوی حمایت از حقوق گیرندگان خدمت در بیمارستانهای ایران انجام شده است.روش بررسی: این پژوهش به روش تلفیقی(کمی و کیفی) انجام شده است. سوالات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته پس از مصاحبه با خبرگان و دو مرحله نظر خواهی از صاحبنظران به روش دلفی نهایی شده و سپس در اختیار گیرندگان خدمت بستری در بیمارستان قرارگرفت. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss   نسخه 19و smartpls به روش تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تاییدی استخراج و تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: عوامل موثر در حمایت از حقوق گیرنده خدمت در بیمارستانهای ایران در 10محوراصلی راهبرد، اطلاع رسانی، بیمار محوری، منابع انسانی، مدیریتی، سیاستگذاری، منابع فیزیکی، کنترل، آموزش و بیمه و 51 گویه طبقه بندی شد. در بین یافته ها مهمترین محور راهبرد و مهمترین زیر محور قانونگذاری و تدوین آیین نامه های اجرایی جهت تضمین حمایت قانونی ازحقوق گیرنده خدمت شناسایی شد.نتیجه گیری: حمایت از حقوق گیرنده خدمت در بیمارستانهای ایران مستلزم تامین زیرساختها و سازوکارهای لازم درسطوح کلان تا سطح بیمارستانی داشته و منجر به افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران و تحقق تعهدات دولت در این زمینه می شود.
