the relationship between moral sensitivity and anxiety sensitivity in nursing students of tehran universities of medical sciences

Background and objectives: moral sensitivity is the ability to recognize moral conflicts and consequences in decisions, and anxiety sensitivity is a structure of individual differences, in which a person fears physical symptoms associated with anxiety arousal. anxiety sensitivity is vital in the persistence of anxiety disorders. this study was done to determine the relationship between moral sensitivity and anxiety sensitivity in nursing students of tehran university of medical sciences.methods: this research was descriptive-correlational. the samples included 336 nursing students in all grades at tehran universities of medical sciences in 2020. sampling was performed continuously using virtual space. in this research, the demographic information form, moral sensitivity questionnaire (msq), and anxiety sensitivity index (asi) were used. data were analyzed using spss software, version 16 and analytical and descriptive tests, such as kruskal-wallis and mann-whitney u tests.results: the score of moral sensitivity and anxiety sensitivity was obtained as 81 and 31.4, respectively. the correlation coefficient between moral sensitivity and anxiety sensitivity was not statistically significant (r=0.065; p=0.238). also, the two components of fear of physical concerns had a significant relationship with the dimensions of benevolence and honesty.conclusion: considering that the lack of interest in the nursing field increases anxiety sensitivity, it is suggested to activities be done to improve interest in nursing among students. despite the lack of a significant relationship between these two components, the importance of these two components should not be neglected and it is better to carry out studies to better understand the factors affecting moral sensitivity and anxiety sensitivity and to improve these two components.

ارتباط میان حساسیت اخلاقی و حساسیت اضطرابی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی استان تهران

مقدمه: حساسیت اخلاقی توانایی شناخت کشمکش‌ها و نتایج اخلاقی در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و حساسیت اضطرابی یک سازه تفاوت‌های فردی است که در آن فرد از نشانه‌های بدنی که با انگیختگی اضطرابی مرتبط است، میترسد. حساسیت‌اضطرابی نقش مهمی در تداوم اختلالات اضطرابی دارد. مطالعه حاضر با‌ ‌هدف تعیین ارتباط حساسیت اخلاقی و حساسیت اضطرابی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی استان تهران انجام‌گرفت.روش کار : این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی بود. نمونه‌ها شامل336 دانشجو پرستاری در تمامی مقاطع در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی استان تهران در سال1399 بود. نمونه‌گیری به صورت مستمر و با استفاده از فضای مجازی صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش از شاخص‌های خود گزارشی اطلاعات موگرافیک، حساسیت‌اخلاقی(msq) و حساسیت ‌اضطرابی(asi) استفاده شد. داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار spss نسخه16و آزمون‌های تحلیلی و توصیفی مانند کروسکال‌والیس و من‌ویتنی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها : نمره حساسیت‌اخلاقی و حساسیت‌اضطرابی در این مطالعه به ترتیب81 و4/31 بدست‌آمد. ضریب همبستگی بین حساسیت‌ اخلاقی و حساسیت‌ اضطرابی از نظرآماری معنادار نبود(238/0=p-065/0=r). همچنین دو مولفه ترس از نگرانی‌های بدنی با بعد خیرخواهی و صداقت ارتباط معناداری داشته‌ است. نتیجه‌گیری:  با توجه به اینکه عدم علاقه به رشته پرستاری باعث افزایش حساسیت اضطرابی می شود، پیشنهاد می شود در رابطه با افزایش علاقه به پرستاری در دانشجویان فعالیت هایی صورت بگیرد. با وجود عدم ارتباط معنا دار بین این دو مولفه نباید از اهمیت این دو مولفه غافل شد و بهتر است مطالعاتی جهت شناخت بهتر مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر حساسیت‌اخلاقی و حساسیت‌اضطرابی و ارتقا این دو مولفه صورت بگیرد.کلید واژه ها:حساسیت اخلاقی، حساسیت اضطرابی، دانشجویان پرستاری
