religiosity: mediation of resilience and hopefulness;the case of students of islamic azad university, qom branch

Background and objectives: religiosity is one of the constructs that has been recentlyconsidered in the field of positive psychology as it can play a significant role as an effective factorin preventing disorders and maintaining mental health. the aim of this study is to investigate themediating role of religiosity in the relationship between hope and resilience among the students.methods: the research method is descriptive-correlational and the population is studentsof qom islamic azad university selected according to morgan index from among 3750persons through accessible simple random sampling. to collect data, connor and davidsonresilience scale (cd-ris-25), snyder hope questionnaire and gluck and stark religiosityscale were used and data were analyzed using amos and spss software, v. 19 throughpearson coefficient correlation, multiple regression and path analysis.results: the coefficient correlation between the hope parameters (factorial and strategicthinking) and religiosity and resilience has been positive at the alpha level of 0.01 (p<0.01).based on the results of path analysis, religiosity parameters (factorial and strategic thinking) havedirect and indirect positive effect on resilience. too, the correlation between hope and religiosityhas been positive and meaningful at the alpha level of 0.01(p<0.01) the correlation between thehope and religiosity is also positive and significant at the alpha level of 0.01 (p<0.01).conclusion: it is concluded that enhancement of hope affects resilience. moreover, if the subjectsexperience higher level of religiosity their resilience and hope are, accordingly, enhanced.

دینداری:واسط امیدواری و تاب آوری ؛مطالعه ی موردی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد قم

دینداری از سازه های است که در حوزه ی روانشناسی مثبت گرا مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و میتواند بعنوان یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار،پیشگیری ازاختلالات و حفظ سلامت روان نقش ایفاء کندهدف پژوهش حاضر،بررسی نقش واسطه ای دینداری دررابطه ی بین امیدواری وتاب آوری بود.روش بررسی : روش پژوهشی ازنوع توصیفی –همبستگی وجامعه ی آماری ،تمام دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاداسلامی قم بود که براساس جدول مورگان ازبین آنان 375 نفربه روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها ازمقیاس تاب آوری کونور ودیویدسون(CD-RIS-25)،پرسشنامه امیدواری اسنایدروسنجش دینداری گلاک واستارک استفاده شد وداده های پژوهش بااستفاده ازنرم افزار SPSSوAMOSازطریق  آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ،رگرسیون چند متغییره و  تحلیل مسیر ،مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها:  براساس نتایج بدست آمده ضریب همبستگی بین مولفه‌های امیدواری (تفکر عاملی و تفکر راهبردی) ودینداری با متغیرتاب‌آوری مثبت بوده و درسطح آلفای 01/0 معنی‌دار است (01/0>P). همچنین همبستگی بین امیدواری بادینداری نیزمثبت بوده ودرسطح آلفای 01/0 معنی‌داراست (01/0>P). براساس نتایج تحلیل مسیر مولفه های دینداری (تفکرعاملی  وتفکرراهبردی) به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بردینداری تاثیر مثبت دارد.دینداری نیزبه صورت مستقیم برتاب‌آوری تاثیرمثبت داردنتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصله امیدواری بر تاب آوری باتوجه به نقش واسطه ای دینداری اثرگذاراست.
