educational needs assessment of spiritual care in nurses in iran in 2021: using delphi technique

Background and objectives: nurses are professionally and ethically obliged to provide spiritual care as part of comprehensive care for patients. the present study was conducted to determine the educational needs of nurses to provide spiritual care. methods: this study was performed descriptively using the delphi technique from september 2020 to april 2021 at qom university of medical sciences. in the first stage, 10 specialists were selected by purposive sampling method and answered an open-ended question to determine the educational needs of spiritual care. after collecting opinions in three rounds, the needs with an agreement coefficient of more than 51% were prepared in the form of a 15-item questionnaire and the importance of the items was determined by 144 nurses. needs with scores of 3 or higher were finalized and general and behavioral goals were set for them. results: in the first, second, and third rounds, 47, 25, and 15 educational needs were determined, respectively, and five general objectives, including familiarity with the holistic approach to human beings and dimensions of health, familiarity with the concepts of spiritual care, familiarity with how obtaining a spiritual history, familiarity with the types of diagnoses and spiritual interventions, and familiarity with the principles of communication in spiritual care were determined. conclusion: the results of the study can be used for developing a spiritual curriculum and a practical guide to providing spiritual care for nurses and other groups of the health team.

نیازسنجی و تدوین اهداف آموزشی مراقبت معنوی در پرستاران با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی در سال 1400

زمینه و هدف :پرستاران از لحاظ حرفه ای و اخلاقی موظف به ارائه مراقبت معنوی، به عنوان بخشی از مراقبت جامع به بیماران هستند مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پرستاران برای ارائه مراقبت معنوی انجام شد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی به شکل توصیفی در طی شهریور ماه 1399 تا فروردین 1400[u1]  در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم انجام شد. در مرحله نخست،10 نفر از متخصصان به روش نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب و به  یک سوال باز پاسخ جهت تعیین نیازهای آموزشی ارائه مراقبت معنوی پاسخ دادند. پس از جمع اوری نظرات در سه راند، نیازهای دارای ضریب توافق بیش از 51 درصد در قالب پرسشنامه 15 سوالی تهیه و میزان اهمیت گویه ها توسط 144 نفر از پرستاران تعیین گردید. نیازهای دارای نمرات 3 و بالاتر نهایی شدند و  اهداف کلی و رفتاری برای آنها تعیین گردید.یافته ها: نیازهای آموزشی در در راند اول، دوم و سوم به ترتیب، 47،  25 و 15 مورد تعیین گردید و 5 هدف کلی شامل آشنایی با رویکرد کل نگر به انسان و ابعاد سلامت، آشنایی با مفاهیم مراقبت معنوی، آشنایی با نحوه ی اخذ شرح حال معنوی، آشنایی با انواع تشخیص ها و مداخلات معنوی و آشنایی با اصول ارتباط در مراقبت معنوی تعیین شد. نتیجه گیری: از نتایج مطالعه می­توان در تدوین کوریکولوم آموزشی مراقبت معنوی و راهنمای عملی ارائه مراقبت معنوی برای پرستاران و سایر گروه های تیم سلامت استفاده کرد. [u1]زمان و مکان انجام مطالعه؟
