examination of pornography in cyberspace from ethical, spiritual, and medical perspectives

Background and objectives: cyberpornography is one of the emerging and multidimensional challenges in society. each discipline offers different criteria, reasons, perspectives, and solutions according to their point of view. however, this multidimensional phenomenon has engaged all aspects of human societies in terms of individual and group dimensions and has left negative consequences. regarding this, the present study was conducted to analyze and explain pornography from ethical, spiritual, and medical perspectives by challenging the current legislative approach and focusing on the spirituality of human beings in society and the mediation of ethical and medical discourse.methods: the present systematic review study was conducted in 2019 using domestic databases, such as magiran and noormags, without time restriction. the search process was performed using the following keywords: pornography, pornography and spirituality, pornography and medicine, and pornography and ethics.results: the investigation of cyperpornography from social, ethical, and medical perspectives revealed that cyberpornographers have a deviant personality and an ill state. from the legal perspective, cyberpornographers are viewed as criminals deserving of punishment. however, the present study, using a medical perspective and spiritual and community health approach, introduced the corrective, educational, and clinical measures as the proper actions and recommends the policymakers to adopt such measures.conclusion: based on the results of this study, cyberpornography has more severe and destructive consequences on an individual's moral and spiritual wellbeing than crime. this phenomenon negatively influences both individuals’ and groups’ moral dimensions in all age groups. in addition, it can negatively affect the individuals’ health in all its aspects, especially moral wellbeing. moreover, the presence of any illness at the individual level corresponds to low mental and spiritual wellbeing in society as a wider context.

بررسی هرزه‌نگاری در فضای مجازی از دیدگاه اخلاقی، معنویت و پزشکی

چکیدهپیش‌زمینه و اهداف: هرزه‌نگاری در فضای مجازی یکی از چالش‌های نوظهور و چند بعدی در جامعه محسوب می‌شود. هر رشته بر حسب دیدگاه خود معیارها، دلایل، رویکردها و راه‌کارهای مختلفی را ارائه می‌دهد؛ اما این پدیده چند بعدی، تمامی ابعاد زندگی جوامع بشری را در ابعاد فردی و گروهی درگیر کرده و تبعات منفی را به همراه داشته است. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل و تبیین هرزه‌نگاری از دیدگاه معنویت، اخلاق و پزشکی انجام شد. شایان ذکر است که رویکرد کنونی قانون‌گذاری، توسط گفتمان اخلاقی و پزشکی با تأکید بر معنویت افراد انسانی جامعه به چالش کشیده می‌شود. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مروری نظامند در سال ۱۳۹۸ در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی از جمله Magiran و Noormags بدون محدودیت زمانی با کلید‌واژگان "هرزه‌نگاری، هرزه‌نگاری و معنویت، هرزه‌نگاری و پزشکی، هرزه‌نگاری و اخلاق" انجام شد. یافته‌ها: براساس معیارها و دلایل مختلف حاکم بر هرزه‌نگاری رایانه‌ای اعم از اجتماعی و اخلاقی و همچنین معیار پزشکی، هرزه‌نگار رایانه‌ای دارای شخصیتی منحرف‌گونه و بیمار است. مغایر با دیدگاه قانونی که هرزه‌نگار رایانه‌ای را مجرم محسوب نموده و برای آن مجازات در نظر می‌گیرد، نوشتار حاضر با دیدگاه پزشکی و براساس رویکرد معنویت و سلامت جامعه، اقدامات اصلاحی، تربیتی و بالینی را به عنوان اقدام مطلوب گزینش نموده و آن را به سیاست‌گذاران پشنهاد می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر می‌توان گفت که هرزه‌نگاری رایانه‌ای علاوه بر اینکه یک جرم محسوب می‌شود، تبعات شدید و مخربی را برای سلامت اخلاقی و معنوی فرد به همراه دارد. این پدیده اثرات منفی بر ابعاد اخلاقی فردی و گروهی در تمامی سنین دارد و به صورت بالفعل می‌تواند سلامت یک فرد در تمامی ابعاد آن به ویژه سلامت اخلاقی وی را مختل نماید. اختلال در سلامت فردی یک جامعه برابر با سلامت روانی و معنوی پایین آن جامعه است.
