   الگوی شایستگی‏ های خودتوسعه‌‌‌ای مدیران (یک مطالعه‌ فراترکیب)

چکیده    پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شایستگی‎های خودتوسعه‎ای مدیران با رویکرد کیفی و به روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. کلیه‌ اسناد علمی یافت‌شده بین سال‌های 2012 تا 2023 به تعداد 567 سند علمی جامعه‌ پژوهش حاضر را شکل می‌دهند که در 7 پایگاه خارجی و 5 پایگاه داخلی یافت شده‌اند. 24 سند علمی پس از واکاوی عناوین و چکیده و محتوا گزینش و تحلیل شدند. تحلیل یافته‏ها با روش تحلیل تم انجام شد. به منظور تامین کیفیت پژوهش، واکاوی و تحلیل اسناد با دقت بالا صورت پذیرفت و همچنین از نظرات و پیشنهادهای دو خبره به وسیله‌ ابزار برنامه‌ مهارت‌های ارزیابی حیاتی (casp)، در گزینش منابع فراترکیب و کنترل کیفیت یافته‌ها استفاده شد. پایایی داده‌های کیفی از طریق کدگذاری مجدد توسط کدگذار دوم با ضریب توافق 87 درصد تایید شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد شایستگی‎های خودتوسعه‎ای مدیران در پنج بعد توانایی، ویژگی‌های فردی و حرفه‌ای، نگرش، دانش، و مهارت سازماندهی شدند. حیطه‌ توانایی از مولفه‎های خودتوانمندسازی، خودمدیریتی، خودآگاهی، و خودراهبری تشکیل شده و شامل 19 گویه یا مفهوم است. حیطه‌ ویژگی دارای 12زیرمولفه است که تحت دو مولفه‌ ویژگی‎های فردی و ویژگی‎های حرفه‎ای سازماندهی شده‌اند. اشتیاق به بهبود و خودباورمندی مولفه‌های حیطه‌ نگرش هستند که در مجموع شامل 7 زیرمولفه است. در حیطه‌ دانش دو مولفه‌ دانش حرفه‌ای و دانش موقعیت با 8 زیرمولفه شناسایی شده‎اند. 13 زیرمولفه نیز تحت سه مولفه‌ بلوغ ذهنی و ادراکی، رهبری و سازماندهی محیط کاری، و برقراری ارتباط بین‌فردی اثربخش حیطه‌ مهارت را ایجاد کرده‎اند.

   self-development competencies model of managers (a metasynthesis study)

Abstract    the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the self-development competencies of managers using a qualitative approach and the meta-synthesis method. all scientific documents found between the years 2012 and 2023, totaling 567 scientific documents, constitute the population of the present research, which were sourced from seven foreign and five domestic databases. a total of 24 scientific documents were selected and analyzed after reviewing their titles, abstracts, and content. the analyses were performed using the thematic analysis method. in order to ensure the quality of the research, the documents were carefully reviewed and analyzed, and the opinions and suggestions of two experts were used through the critical appraisal skills program (casp) tool in the selection of meta-synthesis sources and quality control of the findings. the reliability of the qualitative data was confirmed through recoding by a second coder with an agreement coefficient of 87%. the findings indicated that the self-development competencies of managers were categorized into five dimensions: ability, personal and professional characteristics, attitude, knowledge, and skills. the dimension of ability consists of components of self-empowerment, self-management, self-awareness, and self-direction, comprising 19 criteria or concepts. the dimension of characteristics has 12 sub-components that are organized under two components of personal characteristics and professional characteristics. enthusiasm for improvement and self-assureness are sub-components of the attitude dimension, totaling seven sub-components. in the knowledge dimension, two components of professional knowledge and situational knowledge were identified with eight sub-components. thirteen sub-components under three components of mental and perceptual maturity, leading and organizing the workplace, and effective interpersonal communication have created the skill dimension.
