ارائه‌ مدل کیفیت دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و عناصر و ارائه‌ مدل کیفیت دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه‌های فرهنگیان تهران انجام شده است. پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از منظر ماهیت داده‏ها کیفی است که از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. جامعه‌ آماری را استادان دانشگاه‏های فرهنگیان شهر تهران و همچنین دانشجو معلمان ترم آخر همان دانشگاه‌ها در بهار سال 1402تشکیل دادند که با کاربرد روش نمونه‏گیری هدفمند، به عنوان نمونه‌ پژوهش، انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه‏ها تا نفر 22 به اشباع رسید. ابزار گردآوری داده‏ها مصاحبه‌ نیمه‌ساختارمند بود. داده‏های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد ابعاد کیفیت دانشجو معلمان دارای چهار مقوله شامل کیفیت شایستگی با سه مولفه (خلاقیت و نوآوری، تخصص و مهارت، حفظ شان معلمی)، کیفیت نقش با چهار مولفه (تسهیلگری، مقتدر رسمی، مربیگری، الگویی)، کیفیت یاددهی و یادگیری با سه مولفه (روش تدریس، سبک تدریس، روش ارزیابی)، و کیفیت زندگی کاری با چهار مولفه (سطح استقلال، روابط اجتماعی مطلوب، سلامت عمومی، سازگاری با محیط) است.

a conceptual model of the quality of student-teacher at farhangian university

this research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components and presenting the student-teacher quality model of farhangian universities in tehran. based on the purpose, this research was applied, and from the point of view of the nature of the data, it was qualitative. the thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data. the statistical population was formed by the professors of farhangian universities in tehran and also the student teachers of the last semester of the same universities in the spring of 2002, who were selected as the research sample using the purposeful sampling method, resulting in 22 participants. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. the obtained data were analyzed using thematic analysis. the results of the research showed that the dimensions of the quality of student-teachers have four categories: the quality of competence, which includes three components (creativity and innovation, expertise and skill, and maintaining the dignity of teachers), the quality of the role, which includes four components (facilitation, formal authority, and verbal coaching). the quality of teaching and learning which includes three components (teaching method, teaching style, and evaluation method), and the quality of work life which includes four components (level of independence, favorable social relations, general health, and adaptation to the environment).
