شناسایی الگوی فرهنگ جهادی در نظام اداری ایران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی الگوی فرهنگ جهادی در نظام اداری کشور طراحی و اجرا شد. در بخش اول این پژوهش کیفی، با فلسفه‏ای تفسیرگرایانه و با رویکردی استقرایی و بهره‏گیری از روش تحلیل محتوای متنی، به شناسایی مولفه‌ها و شاخص‏های فرهنگ جهادی در آیات قرآن پرداخته شد. بخش دوم، با بهره‏گیری از روش فراترکیب، به شناسایی الگوی فرهنگ جهادی در کتب و مقالات موجود اختصاص یافت. در بخش سوم نیز، با بهره‏گیری از یافته‏های بخش‏های اول و دوم، از مجرای روش گروه کانونی، الگوی فرهنگ جهادی معرفی شد. الگوی پیشنهادی بر اساس سطوح جهان‏بینی، ایدئولوژی، و رفتار ارائه شد که در سطح جهان‌بینی شامل 6 بعد، در سطح ایدئولوژی شامل 17 مولفه، و در سطح رفتار شامل 87 شاخص رفتاری است.

Identifying the Jihadi Cultural Model in the Iranian Administrative System

The purpose of this study was to identify a jihadi culture model in the Iranian administrative system. In the first part of this qualitative study, the interpretive philosophy was applied using the inductive approach and the textual content analysis method to identify the components and indicators of jihadi culture in the verses of the Quran. In the second stage, the meta–synthesis method was implemented to identify the jihadi culture model in the existing books and articles. Relying on the findings of the previous stages and applying the focusgroup method, the third section set out to introduce the jihadi culture model. The proposed model is presented on the basis of the worldview, ideology, and behavior levels, where the worldview consists of 6 dimensions, ideology includes 17 components, and behavior level includes 87 behavioral indicators.
