تعادل نامتقارن در بستر سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد

در پژوهش حاضر پدیده «سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد» و بستر مربوط به آن در کشور تبیین شده است. در این پژوهش از روش‌شناسی ظاهرشونده در «نظریه داده‌بنیاد» استفاده شد و بر اساس اصل نمونه‌گیری نظری 20 مصاحبه با دست‌اندرکاران آگاه در این حوزه تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. در ادامه با کدگذاری داده‌ها و مقایسه مستمر در فرایند کدگذاری 980 کد، 12 مفهوم، و یک مقوله محوری به منزله مدل نهایی با عنوان «تعادل نامتقارن در بستر سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد» پدید آمد. مدل حاصل تعادل نامتقارنی را نشان می‌دهد که در آن عدم سلامت سمن‌ها و بسترشان بیش از سلامت آن‌هاست. به‌علاوه، نگاه امنیتی دولت به سمن‌ها چشمگیر است. نتایج حاصل از یافته‌های پژوهش ضرورت ایجاد تغییراتی در جهت رشد سلامت این پدیده و بستر آن را تایید می‌کند.

the present study explains the nongovernmental organization phenomenon and its context in iran. in this study, the emergent approach of grounded theory methodology was applied, and 20 interviews were conducted with informed people based on the theoretical sampling principle until theoretical saturation was achieved. then, by coding the resulting data and making continuous comparisons in the coding process, 980 codes, 12 concepts, and one core category emerged. subsequently, the final model was entitled “asymmetry balance in nongovernmental organizations context.” this model illustrates the asymmetric balance in which the ngos and their associated contexts are more unhealthy than healthy. besides, the government’s attitude towards ngos is definitely a security one. the results of the research findings emphasize that making changes to improve the healthfulness of this phenomenon and its underlying context is necessary.
