رابطۀ عدالت آموزشی ادراک‌شده با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان

عدالت آموزشی اصطلاحی است برای توصیف نقش عدالت که به طور مستقیم با تعاملات کلاس درس ارتباط دارد. در پژوهش حاضر رابطه عدالت آموزشی ادراک‌شده با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان بررسی شد. پس از بررسی پیشینه و مبانی نظری موضوع مشخص شد عدالت سازمانی دارای سه بعد (عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویه‌ای، عدالت مراوده‌ای) است. از این سه نوع عدالت به منظور بررسی عدالت آموزشی بهره‌برداری شد. نوع تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی بود و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات یک پرسش‌نامه طراحی شد که مقدار آلفای کرونباخ آن 0.82 به دست آمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل دانشجویان رشته‌های علوم تربیتی دانشگاه مازندران به تعداد  110 نفر بود و بر اساس جدول مورگان 85 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از تکنیک آماری رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد عدالت توزیعی با میانگین 4.14، عدالت رویه‌ای با میانگین 3.66، و عدالت مراوده‌ای با میانگین 3.85 پیش‌بینی‌کننده عملکرد آموزشی دانشجویان هستند. r محاسبه‌شده در سطح 0.05≥p  مبین رابطه معنادار و مثبت بین عدالت آموزشی و ابعاد آن با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان است.

Investigate the relationship between perceived educational equity of students with their academic performance

Educational justice is a term used to describe the role of justice, which is directly related to classroom interactions. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between perceived educational justice and academic performance of students. After reviewing the background and theoretical foundations, the issue revealed that organizational justice has three dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice and intercourse justice). The three types of justice were used to investigate educational justice. The research type was applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey method. A questionnaire was designed for collecting information. The Cronbach’s alpha (0.82) was obtained. The statistical population of the study consisted of students of educational sciences of Mazandaran University with 110 students. According to Morgan table, 85 subjects were selected as sample. For data analysis, regression analysis was used. The results of the study showed that distribution justice with a mean of 4.14, procedural justice with a mean of 3.66 and interactional justice mean of 3.85 predict the students’ educational performance.Also, the results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between educational justice and its dimensions with academic performance of students
