فراترکیب پژوهش‌های انجام شده در زمینۀ سیاست اخلاقی مدیران از منظر آموزه‌های اسلامی

هدف اصلی از پژوهش حاضر فراترکیب پژوهش‏های انجام‏شده در زمینه سیاست اخلاقی مدیران از منظر آموزه‏های اسلامی است. ابزار پژوهش سیاهه مطالعات و اسناد و مدارک گذشته در زمینه سیاست‏ اخلاقی مدیران است که جمعاً بیست پژوهش را شامل می‏شود. شیوه تحلیل داده‏ها نیز کُدگذاری است. در این زمینه، با اتخاذ رویکرد کیفی در پژوهش و با بهره‏گیری از روش فراترکیب، متون مربوطه شناسایی و، پس از ارزیابی، تعدادی از آن‏ها برای استفاده در این پژوهش انتخاب و تحلیل شد. در گام بعد، متون انتخابی با هدف استخراج مصداق‏های سیاست اخلاقی بررسی شد و 143 کُد شناسایی‏شده در زمینه سیاست اخلاقی مدیران بر مبنای آموزه‏های اسلامی در 52 مفهوم و 5 مقوله، شامل مقوله مدیریتی رهبری، ارتباطی تعاملی، شخصیتی رفتاری، ارزشی اعتقادی، و دانشی تحلیلی بررسی شد. یافته‏های مطالعاتی می‏تواند هم در سیاست‏گذاری و انتخاب مدیران آموزش عالیِ آتی و هم به عنوان راهنمای عمل مدیران کنونی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Metasynthesis studies on managers' ethical policy with perspective of the Islamic lessons

The main purpose of this study was to metasynthesis conducting the studies in the field of ethics policy managers from the perspective of Islamic lessons. The research tool was an inventory studies, documents about managers' ethical policy that were included the 20 studies. by adopting a qualitative approach in research and by using metasynthesis method, the data analysis and coding practices were conducted. In this regard, the relevant texts are identified and after evaluation, some of them were selected and analyzed. In the next step, the texts were studied with the aim of extracting examples of ethical policy. The study explored and founded the 143 code of ethical management policy based on Islamic lessons covering 5 main categories in 52 sub categories. The main categories were comprised managerial leadership, interactive communication, behavioral characteristic and knowledgeable analysis. The results of the study can be used for both policymakers and higher education administrator's in the current and future Conditions. Furthermore, the findings of this study may be considered as some guidelines in action from managers of higher education.
