   A Research on the Attitudes of Employees Towards Temporary Employment Relationship and Temporary Employment Agencies

چکیده    The economic crises and intense competition has increased the tendency to flexible models in employment for employers in recent years especially. organizations provide benefits such as reduction of personnel costs and fulfilled the need for temporary employment employing temporary employees directly or through private employment agencies today. however, it is seen that employees are negative about temporary employment relationship because of concerns it will lead to loss of rights in job security and collective rights. in this research, it is aimed to determine attitudes of employees towards temporary employment relationship and temporary employment agencies. as the results of research done using the survey method within 141 person, it is determined that the general attitude of participants toward temporary employment relationship and temporary employment is negative. however, temporary work will be in order with the activation of temporary employment agencies is thought by many participants.
