Corporate Social Responsibility Practices and Isomorphism: Case Study on 10 Great Turkish Holdings

The positive contribution on sustainable development of corporate social responsibility (csr) practices carry out this concept to the more central role on organizations‟ agenda. at this point business much more concentrate on volunteer projects which related society, environments, education and health areas. aim of this study is develop an insight against csr practices within the context of their sustainable development let to which kind of isomorphism between organizations. in this study 10 holdings, where operates their activity in turkey, selected with the case study method. depending on case study these holdings‟ csr practices, web sites, and if they have gc (global compact) and their reports or annual reports examined with qualitative content analysis. if there is an isomorphism between cases, the typology and the direction of the isomorphism determined with the qualitative content analysis from perspective of institutional theory.
