The Rethinking Upon Structure and Content of Competencies

People with the conscious disposition represented by the motives or traits respond to their environment and events in life specific ways. this occurs because they think about their environment and life in certain ways and re sensitive to information in these events in a particular manner. to the extent that the individuals’ actions, for example demonstrated behavior, are consistent and are related to some performance goals, these individuals can be said to be demonstrating a skill. the behaviour demonstrated by individuals is a function of these dispositions, their self-images and social role chosen in the context of stimuli or demands from their jobs and the environment in which the jobs exist. in this study, the notion of competence, the extent of its operational mechanisms and their interrelationship are studied in dept and in detail in this study. studying through conceptual definitions, corresponding real-life experiences are delienated by means of content analysis and core analysis. dissemination of similar detailed work in this field will help uncover the anamolies surrounding the notion of competence.
