A country's financial system constitutes a key role in economic growth and restructuring. after 1980, together with the process of liberalization of capital movements, the fragility of financial system have increased. articulation of the global financial markets, the pace of the 1990s, has been years of crisis demonstrated circularity in turkey's economy. in the said period, turkey's economy was shaped within the framework of policies to ensure the continuation of public funding. the aim of the study is first to establish the stages of financial liberalization in 1980, then to outline the crisis and the post-crisis stabilization programs.
