A Study About Health Care Workers on the Effect of the Quality of Work Life and the Motivation

If the motivation of health personnel is low, the risk of making mistakes increases. so, motivation and life quality of health personnel who deal with very critical subject- human life- is very important. the main aim of this study is to define the factors that effect the motivation of health personnel. also the relationship between motivation and life quality is analyzed. for this purpose, a questionnaire is applied to health personnel working in hospitals of balıkesir-bandırma and istanbul-üsküdar. based on the data obtained from questionnaires, multiple regression analysis is applied to find out the effects of life quality factors on motivation factors. as a result, it is found that the most important factor that affects the life quality and motivation of health personnel is pay and other economical benefits.
