   Lean Six Sigma and An Implementation

چکیده    Nowadays, many organizations understand the importance of quality in both manufacturing and service sector, because of that they are trying to implement different strategies and innovations to improve their own processes. lean six sigma is a management philosophy and customer focus. the purpose of lean six sigma to reduce costs, reduce waste, increase productivity and produce high-quality goods. also, lean six sigma decrease non-value-added times which customers do not want to pay. at the beginning of this study, the lean six sigma method is described in general terms and in the last part, a lean six sigma which implemented in a wheel manufacturing company, is presented. result of this study has been implemented in the pulley section where the most of defect is occurred. in the application section, using the customer voice analysis, the pulley section problems are examined. after this implementation, the number of scraps in the pulley production process is decreased, also the waste, which is occurred in production process, has been eliminated.
