انتخاب بهترین مکان برای احداث سد خاکی جهت توسعه پایدار منابع آب با استفاده از روش Electre (مطالعه موردی: حوضه آبخیز شاهرود - بسطام)

مدیریت بهینه منابع آب نیاز به کسب اطلاعات دقیق، از چگونگی شرایط حاکم بر منابع و پیش بینی وضعیت آتی آنها دارد. یکی از روش های مدیریتی منابع آب،استفاده از روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره است. هدف از این پژوهش، انتخاب بهترین مکانبه منظور احداث سدهای خاکی برای توسعه پایدار منابع آب است. یافته ها ونتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که در روش electre بین هفت پهنه مذکور، پهنه (3، 4،5) با 4 بار تسلط و با 2 بار مغلوب شدن با 2 امتیاز در رتبه اول قرار گرفته اند و مناسب ترین پهنه جهت احداث سدهای خاکی است؛ در مقابل، پهنه (1) با 6 بار مغلوب شدن و بدون تسلط با 6 امتیاز در رتبه آخر قرار گرفته است و برای احداث سدهای خاکی مناسب نیست و پهنه های (2،6،7) به ترتیب با (2،2،1) بار تسلط و (4،4،5) بار مغلوب شدن با امتیازات2 ، 2 ، 4 به ترتیب در رده های بعدی قرار گرفته اند. پهنه های (1،2،6،7) به علت اینکه دفعات مغلوب شدنشان از تعداد مسلط شدنشان بیشتر بوده و امتیاز منفی به دست آورده اند باید حذف شوند.

Choosing the best place for the purpose of the earth fill Dam for the sustainable development of water resources by using the ELECTRE (Case study: basin of watersheds is one Shahroud bastam Basin)

The optimal management of water resources needs to learn exact and up to date, of how the conditions governing the resources and the status of their future forecasts. one of the methods of management of water resources use methods of the multi criteria decision making. The purpose of this research to choose the best place for the purpose of the earth fill dam found to develop sustainable water resources. findings and the results of the research indicates that in the above seven large ELECTRE zekr, large (3, 4, 5) with 4 times the domination and 2 times the defeated with (2) points in the first rank, and have been the most appropriate levels for the earth fill dam, in front of a large (1) with 6 times recessive and without fluency with (6) points in the final ranking and the direction of the earth fill dam is not appropriate and a large (2, 6, 7) respectively with (2, 2, 1) time mastery and (4, 4, 5) was defeated with rates (1 , 2 , 4 ) in the next category. levels of (1, 2, 6, 7) due to the fact that the number of times the one in which the number of non dominant one in which more and negative points are earned should be deleted.
