پارامترهای خونی و بیوشیمیایی سرمی هامورماهی لکه‌زیتونی منقوط (epinephelus stoliczkae) دریای عمان

هدف این پژوهش تعیین پارامترهای خونی و بیوشیمیایی سرمی هامورماهی لکه زیتونی منقوط (epinephelus stoliczkae) دریای عمان و مقایسه شاخص‌های خونی بین جنس نر و ماده است. تعداد 60 قطعه ماهی با میانگین طول کل نر: 0/56±28/44و ماده: 0/5±29/58سانتی‌متر و میانگین وزن کل (نر: 5/88±372/5 و ماده: 3/05±387/90گرم به‌وسیله قلاب در دی‌ماه 1399 از خلیج چابهار، دریای عمان صید شدند. خون‌گیری از ساقه دمی ماهی ها با استفاده از سرنگ انجام شد. شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی شامل غلظت هموگلوبین (hb)، هماتوکریت (hct)، تعداد گلبول‌های قرمز (rbc) و سفید (wbc)، متوسط حجم گلبول‌های قرمز (mcv)، متوسط هموگلوبین گلبول‌های قرمز (mch) و متوسط غلظت هموگلوبین سلولی (mchc) و پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی سرم مانند گلوکز، پروتئین کل، آنزیم‌های آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (alt)، آلکالین فسفاتاز (alp)، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (ast) و هورمون‌های تیروئیدی (t3 و t4) براساس دستورالعمل‌های مربوطه در آزمایشگاه مورد تجزیه‌ و تحلیل قرار گرفت. شاخص‌های هماتوکریت، mcv، تعداد گلبول‌های سفید، گلوکز، t3 و alt در دو جنس نر و ماده دارای اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری بودند (0/05>p). نتایج همبستگی مثبت بین طول کل و وزن کل در ماهی نر (0/948=r و 0.05>p) و ماهی ماده  (0/652=r و 0.05>p)نشان داد. همچنین بین هموگلوبین و لنفوسیت با طول کل و وزن کل در جنس نر همبستگی معنی‌داری ثبت شد. در جنس ماده بین طول کل و وزن کل با پارامتر‌های خونی همبستگی مشاهده نشد. اطلاعات پایه پروفایل خونی هامورماهی لکه‌زیتونی منقوط در مطالعه حاضر می‌تواند به‌عنوان مرجع در مطالعاتی چون ارزیابی سلامت ماهی بکار گرفته شود.

hematological and serum biochemical parameters of oman sea epaulet grouper (epinephelus stoliczkae)

this research aims to determine the hematological and serum biochemical parameters of epaulet grouper (epinephelus stoliczkae) in the oman sea and compare these parameters between males and females. a total of 60 epaulet grouper with an average total length for males of 28.44±0.56 and female: 29.58±0.50 cm and an average total weight of male: 372.50±5.88 and female: 387.90±3.05 were caught by hook in january 2019 from the chabahar bay, oman sea. blood sampling was performed from the caudal stem of the fish using a syringe. hematological parameters, including hemoglobin concentration (hb), hematocrit (hct), number of red blood cells (rbc) and white blood cells (wbc), the mean corpuscular volume (mcv), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (mch) and mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (mchc) and serum biochemical parameters such as glucose, total protein, alanine aminotransferase (alt), alkaline phosphatase (alp), aspartate aminotransferase (ast) and thyroid hormones (t3 and t4) were analyzed in the laboratory according to the relevant instructions. hematocrit, mcv, number of white blood cells, glucose, t3, and alt had statistically significant differences in both males and females (p<0.05). the results showed a positive correlation between total length and total weight in males (r=0.948, p<0.05) and females (r=0.652, p<0.05). in addition, a significant correlation was recorded between hemoglobin and lymphocytes with total length and total weight in males. no correlation was observed between total length and total weight with blood parameters in females. the basic information on the blood profile of spotted olive grouper in the present study can be used as a reference in studies such as fish health evaluation.
